Amazing staff, uncomfy beds, small shower, insufficient A/C
Pros:

Breakfast was okay, the reception and staff were amazingly friendly and positive! They have free filtered water during the stay and welcomed us with a gift of nice soap and lavender on our bed. They also give discount on paid parking garage which is 5 minute walk from hotel. The location is relatively safe and central.

Cons:

The beds were so uncomfortable my shoulder hurts. They should change the beds. Also the shower was too small it was really hard to move inside and I’m a regular sized guy. A/C wasn’t working on full capacity so the room wasn’t completely cool, just kind of.

Pros:

Merkezi ve sessiz olması, tarmvar ve tren istasyonuna yakın. Eze monako cannes e gidiş için tren istaayonuna yakın olması. Nice deki tek avmye yakın.

Вежливый и отзывчивый персонал. Особенно отдельная благодарность Марине.🥰 Все объяснила и рассказала. Вкусные завтраки и кофе, а десерты восхитительные🍓 особенно лимонный тортик 🍋😋. Отдельное спасибо милой женщине, которая, это все готовила и убирала.🫂
Отель находится в 3 +- минутах от вокзала , на тихой улице. До старого города, мин 15 и до набережной мин 20 пешком. В окрестности много ресторанов и магазинов.
Номер комфортный и чистый 🤍Были маленькие знаки внимания от отеля в номере, что очень приятно❤️ Так же, в отеле был большой зонтик, отдельная благодарность за такой жест🥳 Интернет работал прекрасно👍
Мы однозначно вернемся в этот отель. Спасибо всей команде❤️Рекомендую его на 100%.🥰

Soggiorno accettabile per un numero limitato di giorni
Pros:

Avevo l’esigenza di alloggiare presso la stazione, pertanto la posizione era vantaggiosa. La struttura è carina, decorosa, senza pretese

Cons:

Colazione ai limiti, servita fino alle ore 11, ma se arrivi dopo le 10 il cibo è quasi tutto consumato e non viene rinnovato.
Nella stanza la persona addetta alle pulizie si prende la libertà di gettare via di oggetti/contenitori evidentemente a suo giudizio inutili, ma personalmente non riposti nel cestino delle immondizie e pertanto da mantenersi. Questa cosa mi ha proprio disturbata.

The team are amazing, Fred at the front desk was brilliant as was Manuela who managed breakfast..always willing to go the extra mile to assist with questions

Tbh, I can't fault the place..the beds are fantastic, and were so comfortable.Breakfast was amazing.
The location is approximate to the beach, , around 1.5km but it's a nice walk through the wallways

Great Location, but Not Quite a 4-Star Experience

The location is definitely the strongest point of the hotel. It’s very convenient for exploring Nice and getting around the city. The hotel was also clean and generally comfortable.

Cons:

For a 4-star hotel, I expected a little more. The rooms are quite small and basic, and the hotel itself feels relatively compact. The breakfast selection was very limited and didn’t really match what I would expect from a 4-star property. Overall, I found it quite expensive for the level of accommodation and facilities offered. In my opinion, the overall experience felt closer to a 3-star hotel.
