Siisti huone ja hotelli muutenkin. Sijainti erinomainen, joka muutaman minuutin kävelymatkan päästä kävelykadusta. Huoneessa äänieristetyt ikkunat, jotka pitivät hälinän ulkona.

Cons:

Aamupalalle mentäessä henkilökunta istui takahuoneessa, eikä tervehtinyt. Kävi vain hakemassa itselleen kahvin ja meni takaisin huoneeseen. Olisi mukavaa kun aamulla toivotettaisiin huomenet, mutta eivät edes katsoneet asiakkaita. Vastasivat kysymyksiin tympääntyneinä.

Room was very small & dark, lights need to be on all the time.
Breakfast was very poor choice for the 18euro price, ate out for less
The yoing man on reception at night was very surly & unhelpful

أفضل و أكرم فندق في كل أوروبا .. موقع الفندق ممتاز جداً والموظفين لطيفين ودودين ومتعاونين ..الغرفه واسعة ووضعو لنا على السرير هدايا جميلة عند الاستلام ..ويومياً يقدمون الماء ومستلزمات الشاي والقهوة فالغرفه ..و فالاستقبال يضعون الكروسان و الحلويات مجاناً للنزلاء ..

Great location, wonderful service, and delicious pastries!

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is absolutely excellent—it is incredibly close to both the city center and the train station, making it super convenient to get around.

The highlight of our stay was definitely the staff. The service was outstanding, with a special shoutout to Dylan and Frederic, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and helped us with everything we needed.

The breakfast was good, and the pastries were amazing! A nice bonus is that you can grab these delicious pastries throughout the day without any limit. The only minor downside to breakfast was that it lacked a bit of fresh vegetables, but overall it was still very satisfying.

As for the room, it was on the smaller side, but it was sparkling clean, very quiet, and the bed was remarkably comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep.

Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel!
