Great location, very neat and tidy and well presented boutique hotel. No reception to check in but we were met and shown
Pros:

Location. Clean. Comfortable bed and the fresh warm pastries for breakfast.

Cons:

Master bedroom has no door separating from the little room up above it so the twin room has to come through main bedroom to use the bathroom.
The markets on a Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday morning right outside the door are amazing with so much fresh produce, easy to get carried away.

Perfect for just the two of us and we loved exploring the town and the lake on foot and by bike.
Pros:

Very modern in a great location within old Annecy. Effective air conditioning. Breakfast basket delivered around 8am each morning.

Cons:

We were just 2 in an apartment advertised for 4. The extra 2 would be sleeping on the sofa bed. This would have created a very different experience since only one bathroom and a very compact kitchen.

Wonderful experience plus the character of the town.
Pros:

The welcome from the professor,🤔The central position with all you needed , outside so close to restaurants shops and walking distance to lake, the following day with added festivities of October celebration day. So much to enjoy.

Cons:

Unfortunately some youngsters celebrating early into the wee small hours but not a regular occurrence.

Ruim en comfortabel appartement in het hartje van Annecy
Pros:

Perfecte locatie in het oude centrum van Annecy met de toegang tot de parkeergarage tegenover het appartement. Zeer comfortabel, van alle gemakken voorzien. Een uitstekend bed en badkamer met ruime spa-douche. Het ontbijt werd ‘s ochtends via een picknickmand voor de deur bezorgd.

Incroyable
Pros:

Très joli studio bien placé dans la vieille ville d’Annecy. Literie très confortable et douche spa très agréable. Nous n’avons pas eu l’occasion de tester la cuisine mais elle avait l’air bien équipée.

Cons:

À notre arrivée il a été difficile de trouver quelqu’un pour nous donner les clés. Ce n’était pas très clair.
