Nice, modern hotel on the canal, but customer service must be improved.
Pros:

It was modern, clean and the bedrooms were a good size.

Cons:

For the price, it’s costly, given there are no facilities except an onsen. It would be nice if children were catered for with an activity or play area if at least some interest shown in them. My son is six and felt so isolated through his whole trip, The staff level of English is very low, so instead of trying to ask any advice, we tried to navigate alone which meant our stay in Otaru was not great.

まあ　満足でした。　大浴場へ行けなかったのが残念でした

新しいだけあってとても清潔感があって良かった

Cons:

ベットの高さが結構高くて　ベットからの出入りにちょっと苦労した
椅子(ソワー)があったら良かったのと　ツインだったけどふっついていた為　片側にしかサイドテーブルがなくて不便だった
