Comfortable and pleasant enough stay
Pros:

Rooms were nicely thought out. Comfortable and clean.

Public bath/sauna area was large and had many different pools and a beautiful sauna. Outdoor area had a little outdoor lounge with chairs to cool off/catch or some sun if you used it in the day. Outdoor bath was quite big and had different depths with views from the top.

Cons:

The women’s bath should have a separate key card.
Found some interesting younger males types hanging outside the women’s bath when I finished late at night. It was as if they were thinking about trying to see if they could get in to the females only area.
Just a thought -most places have a separate card.

For four stars the staff could be more polished and professional.
No offers were given to entice guests to use the culinary facilities - so we didn’t.

The breakfast timing policy with this brand is too limited.
They should be more inclusive.

위치만 보고 예약했으나 모두 좋았던 호텔
Pros:

조식 : 숙박한 기간에 스프커리, 연어알, 생새우 등 아주 맛있었습니다.
위치 : 오타루 크루즈 타는 곳과 멀지 않았고 운하와 가까워서 이동하기 좋았습니다.
주차 : 건물 내부에 독립되는 주차공간이 있어 마음편하게 주차했습니다. 외부에 사설 주차장도 있습니다.
대욕장 : 이른아침 대욕장은 여유롭고, 날씨가 좋으면 외부의 탕도 운치 있습니다.
라운지 : 라운지에서 보는 운하의 풍경이 아주 좋습니다.
프론트 : 기본적으로 영어로 소통이 가능했고, 복잡한 대답은 번역기를 사용해주셔서 편하게 질문했습니다.
정수기 : 생수를 일회용 병에 제공하는 대신, 물통과 복도에 정수기가 있어서 좋았습니다.
세탁기 : 건조까지 한번에 되는 세탁기가 있어서 편하게 사용했습니다.

Pros:

Pros:

新しい建物

Cons:

ツインで予約しましたがかなり部屋が狭く
小さなスーツケースを広げるのもかなり困難でした。
駐車場利用の場合は一泊1500円とのことです。
連泊の場合は清掃がないです。
手をふくタオルすら支給してくれないホテルです。
