Lovely spot, great rooms, disappointing service
Pros:

Comfortable rooms, great view, quiet..rooms were lovely.

Cons:

The service and the organisation of the place...a lot of miscommunication. Restaurant demanded ordering in advance and then came back and did not have half of the dishes for our group. Also, no vegetarian provision.

В этом месте всегда все замечательно. Территория превосходная, завтраки вкусные. Новые вагончики вообще суперские, с панорамными окнами выходящими на речку и лес.

Pros:

The architecture of new hotel buildings is amazing. We were delighted of the forrest, river and room's design. The terrace is a real gem, it is so private and blends seamlessly to the nature around so that you have an opportunity to look at birds, squirrels, listen to the river and birds singing as if you are alone in the wild forrest.

Cons:

We stayed at Chito house and it felt like it had a lack of furniture. It would be more comfortable if the room had some soft furniture like sofa or armchairs, there were only two solid chairs inside and two garden chairs on the terrace. Also there might be something like a commode, because the wardrobe didn't have shelves, and we had to store our clothes in our bags. And some towel rack wouldn't go amiss, since there are only two hooks in the bathroom.

Very beautiful place, beautiful surroundings, even when weather was not good we enjoyed our stay. Would like to come here in summer.
Beds were comfortable, where are everything you could need in apartments.
