Pros:

Great rooms! loved the antique touch to it! non buffet style of breakfast was also amazing !

Cons:

1) its a huge place with lots of buildings that are closed and not being used (even though it is advertised as workshops), 2) quite a big part of land is under development/ construction. In reality one can only enjoy restaurant and horse riding. 3) Workshops are only conducted if there are groups interested, as we were family of 3 - they didn’t conduct one for us. 4) prices are extremely high

Amazing place, we’d love to come back!
Pros:

Great location — such a treat, just a short drive from Tbilisi but already so peaceful and quiet. The cabin itself was in excellent condition, everything new and comfortable. The grounds were fantastic too — we loved just walking around, and even did a little hike on our own (no guide, just explored ourselves).

Breakfast was amazing — huge portions, really filling.

The restaurant’s food was great too, no complaints there.

We’re already thinking about coming back — thank you for such a wonderful place!

Cons:

Heads up: you might run into ants in the shower at night. We figured we were literally in the forest, so it didn’t bother us, but thought it’s worth mentioning.

After checking in, we went out for a walk and didn’t test the wifi first — came back after 10pm and it wasn’t working. No one picked up at the front desk, and Cellfie mobile data didn’t get any signal there either.

The staff later apologized and asked if it had affected our stay. It hadn’t for us, and everyone was really lovely, but I’d recommend checking things like wifi right after check-in rather than at night :)

A place to return to
Pros:

Really exceptional stay!
- spacios room with balcony and calming view on the forest
- very fine breakfast at your choice of several dishes
- perfect balance between wilderness and comfort
- pretty rose garden
- super cozy hammock zone in the forest where we have spent several hours with a book
- fair prices in the restaurant.

beautiful idea, broken execution
Pros:

Staff at reception is nice and helpful , they try to compensate for the rest

Cons:

Other staff - especially in the restaurant - is one of the worst we’ve seen.
- restaurant staff not accepting orders in the evening because they’ve decided to have a free time and leave earlier. There’s nothing to eat nearby - apart from that same restaurant. Manager straightky saying he doesn’t care. Couldn’t believe the same team had still their job in throughout the next week.
- many small things in the room need to be fixed , like internet or raining directly in the middle of the room, staff couldn’t fix it fast
- loads of wild dogs are barking or trying to attack
- security complaining about small guests’ dogs on the loose, while plenty of large wild dogs are living in the territory without any control
