A wonderful apartment in residential Xàbia which we will visit again.
Pros:

My husband and I liked everything! The location was in a very Spanish residential area of Xàbia and just around the corner, the most beautiful cafe called Aroma (we went there for breakfast twice!) Just a short walk away, heading for the church, a variety of wine and tapas bars, cafes to sit outside in the sunshine and restaurants offering menu del dia at reasonable prices! Our host Maria was extremely welcoming, friendly and very helpful with the questions we had of the area. The apartment is large, spotlessly clean and comfortable. We were given the far end double bedroom and our own private bathroom with the full use of the kitchen. Maria lives in the other side of the apartment, but we hardly saw her during our stay after checking in. We walked down to the port area and then across the front towards the tourist area which had lots of different eateries to enjoy and the beach was beautiful. Everyone we met were very friendly, happy and obliging. We'll definitely be booking another stay at Maria's very soon!

I would have loved a long mirror in our bedroom!

Dat ik twee uur vroeger kon inchecken dan gepland. Ook de moderne kamer en badkamer.

Cons:

Dat je verblijft in een bewoond appartement waar je een kamer en eigen badkamer hebt. Maar dat de benaming "Motel" fout is en eigenlijk "Kamer" hoort te zijn.

Very welcoming, we enjoyed our stay at Motel Mary
Pros:

Our host was lovely; very welcoming and friendly. The bedroom was fairly small for two adults, but was very well presented, clean, and had good wardrobe space. The bathroom was large and spotless with all amenities. We had use of a kitchen which was great. Location was very good; parking can be difficult immediately around the property, but walk 5 -7 minutes and you will find parking spaces.

Excellent value for money! And communication with the host!
Pros:

Please don't be put off by the entrance to the building. You come out of the lift and are greeted by a very welcoming host. The room and bathroom are perfect!! Cleanliness is very important for me, and it was impeccable.
