Very bad experience
Pros:

There is no Palmiye Suites Hotel the name of the hotel was changed to Mien suites without informing customers. Also, the Booking service not informing me for that. I have passed more than 2 hours to find the hotel the entrance to the hotel reception from a restaurant on the ground floor and the hotel reception seems to be a store (below photos of the reception). The receptionist is arrogant and uncooperative. To my surprise, when I gave him the booking confirmation for a family room (2 adults and 2 children) he told me no I have a room for 2 adults only. I was obliged to cancel my booking and look another hotel on Booking.com that I have confidence in (Vicenza hotel). I spend 800 TL for a taxi to reach the hotel and took another taxi to change hotel for 300 Tl. Very bad experience at Mien Suites ......

My recent 3-night stay at your hotel was extremely disappointing and I cannot recommend it to anyone seeking rest or pea

I didn't like anything about the hotel. Even when I booked the hotel on Booking.com, the location was completely different when I arrived."

Cons:

Everything was bad. The hotel entrance is inside a restaurant, I enter the restaurant then go upstairs to reach the hotel. It's the first time in my life I've seen a hotel like this.

very much worth the price
Pros:

The staff were so helpful and friendly beyond our expectation. He helped to carry our baggage to the end of the street very friendly.
The responded to our needs fast and efficient.
Easy access to the airport by highway. we paid only 1200 TL from the hotel to Istanbul Int'l Airport

Cons:

The size of the corridor and the elevator was small but the location was exceptional and 10 steps away from Taksim street
