חדר מאוד נקי ומסודר המצויד היטב כולל מכונת קפה. החדר היה גדול בהשוואה למלונות אחרים באירופה בכלל ובפריז בפרט. במלון גובים פיקדון של 100€ שתוחזר בסיום השהות. מבחינת מיקום קרוב יחסית לבניין האופרה ולכלבו גלארי לאפייט. יש 2 קווי מטרו קרובים קו 8 וקו 9 המקשרים למרכז העיר ולמקומות החשובים. מבחינת צוות הקבלה היחס היה שירותי ומכבד אולם למעט ביום הראשון עת נתקלנו ביחס לא נאות של פקידת הקבלה - באותו היום התלוננו על סתימה בכיור וביקשנו פעמיים שיתקנו וחזרנו על הבקשה עם צאתינו לטייל בעיר. בערב כשחזרנו התקלה לא טופלה ופקידת הקבלה התלוותה אלינו לראות את התקלה ובחרה ״להאשים״ אותנו שהלחצן ״נא לא לנקות את החדר״ היה פעיל ועל כן איש התחזוקה לכאורה לא יכולה היה להיכנס. הוסבר לה אם כבר הלחצן מיועד לשירות ניקיון החדרים אבל פקידת הקבלה זלזלה בנו והתחושה מולה לא הייתה נעימה. בסופו של דבר היא סייעה לנו לטפל בתקלה ואולם חבל שבמקום לקחת אחריות מנסים להעביר אותה אל האורח. למקרא הביקורות האחרות באתר בוקינג מרגיש שיש נטייה מטעם מי מעובדי המלון לדחות ביקורת הנתפסת כ ״שלילית״ במקום ללמוד ממנה וחבל. הביקורת נועדה לשיפור בלבד
