Clean modern hotel in good location
Pros:

Fancy hotel we booked at the last minute, really modern and clean

Cons:

The buffet breakfast wasn’t ready when we were there (which was on time) and so we couldn’t eat before we had to get to our bus. A bit disappointing that it wasn’t on time

Douche vraiment petite et il n'y avait pas de fenêtre. Mais avec l'air conditionné c'était ok.

La gentillesse du personnel et leur disponibilité
. La situation géographique est appréciable . Proximité des restaurants et du bord de mer

Cons:

Les chambres sont au deuxième étage malheureusement pas d'ascenseur .
Et les marches très étroites . Pour une personne avec des difficultés orthopédiques c'est problématique.

Cozy clean boutique style hotel.
Pros:

Great location close to everything, food, retail stores, transportation all of it was walkable. The internet was reliable, the room was comfortable and clean and the hot shower was a plus. The staff was kind and attentive. And Lix Hotel had a boutique feel to its vibe.

Cons:

Well there was construction at the building beside the Lix Hotel but that was not their fault. It's a good place if you're a digital nomad and need a clean comfortable place to stay in Surigao City.
