Pros:

The young man from Hotel Tsukimi next door was available to help on Thursday night which was good. He was perfect.

Cons:

Shower was only like warm, but the whole of Japan is making this mistake so it's OK.

能在清晨時候快速到高台寺、石抦小路、產寧坂拍照，很舒服！能自在出入的感覺很好，check out後能將行李寄放二樓（但是沒人看管要自行負責）。

Perfectly located within walking distance to major tourist attractions and plenty foods option
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay here. The location is absolutely perfect. Within walking distance to Kiyomizu-dera, Yasaka Shrine, and Hanamikoji Street. Exploring Kyoto was very easy and convenient. There’s also a convenience store (konbini) nearby, along with many restaurants, souvenir shops, and even halal food options, which was a big plus for us.

The only small inconvenience was that we arrived by coaster, so we had to be dropped off at the main street and walk a short distance to the hotel. However, it was still manageable.

The check-in process was very smooth. We completed the pre-check-in in advance, and since we arrived at night, we had already received our room number and PIN code. It was very convenient and hassle-free.

We booked a triple room for two people, so we had plenty of space to open our luggage comfortably.

Overall, this is one of the most amazing stays I’ve had in Japan. Highly recommended!

Cons:

The only suggestion for improvement would be to provide more hanging space for clothes. During winter trips, we need extra space to hang winter jackets, clothes, and even towels.

Tokyodan sonra ilaç gibi geldi hem tertemiz hem büyük hem yeniydi odamız. Çok konforluydu. Konumu inanılmazdı. Kyotonun en merkezi yerinde kaldık.

Cons:

Otelde hiç muhattap olmaması kötüydü, resepsiyon ya da çalışan hiç görmedik.

Great stay, amazing location and great value wthe money
Pros:

Super calm street, close to many interesting places! Incredible clean, the cleanest place I stayed in Japan. Comfy beds, great shower and toilet facilities. the view was very nice from the 6th floor too.

Cons:

The digital locker on the door kept having bugs, many times I had to put the code 3 times before or opened. It also sometimes had an alarm going off. They also offer a washing machine that works well but there is no proper place to hang the wet clothes to dry.

入住跟退房都採自助，入住前需透過客服提供的網址上傳護照資訊跟支付京都的旅館稅，退房前則是把大門內部上面的退房磁鐵貼到大門外面即可 房間裝潢也比想像中的舒服乾淨，而且很新。備品足夠。
Pros:

很喜歡交通方便的部分（從京都車站中央口出來，公車站的D2搭乘206號公車即可直達附近的公車站，在走路過去不到10分鐘。或搭火車到京都河原町站再走路過去約10分鐘）

有洗衣機很方便但希望可以提供晾衣繩

Good location if you are staying multiple days in Kyoto, esp. helps that it has all the basic necessities such as a stove, micro wave, washing machine! Good value for money, esp. if you are going with friends.
