Staff are excellent, from the reception to the breakfast area.
Pros:

It is a new hotel, opened in mid Dec 2025.

So the hotel is in tip top, fresh condition.

It would be nicer if the rooms are 20% bigger. But I do appreciate the space constraint that comes with old buildings.

Das Hotel ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sauber, die Mitarbeitenden sind sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit, auch im Vorfeld des Besuchs. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden das Hotel wieder buchen.

Sono stato Veramente Bene! Hotel rinnovato e camere confortevoli!

Cons:

Migliorerei la colazione. Troppo scarna.... Siamo a Parigi.... Pane... ma soprattutto ci devono essere i veri croissant. Poi una cosa negativa è la pressione dell'acqua nella doccia.... a volte non usciva proprio

Excellent séjour qui nous donne envie de revenir.
Pros:

L'emplacement exceptionnel, le personnel aux petits soins, on se croirait à la maison, on nous reconnait et on est à notre écoute.
La vue sur l"académie française est magique, la literie et le linge de maison parfaits.
La décoration raffinée, le petit déjeuner excellent et en quantité suffisante. Le prochain séjour à Paris se fera forcément dans cet hôtel. Bravo et encore merci !

Cons:

RIEN. Tout est parfait, nous ne sommes pas dans les palaces parisiens, c'est à échelle humaine donc beaucoup plus agréable. L'approche clients est simple, très courtoise, plaisante. Bravo au personnel.

Hôtel superbe à Saint Germain des Prés
Pros:

Excellente surprise pour cet hôtel tout neuf et grand luxe. L'emplacement est parfait, quartier riche au coeur de Paris; l'accueil est exceptionnel avec amabilité et attention; le confort est total, tous les détails sont pensés pour notre bien-être; la décoration recherchée est très réussie. Nous reviendrons dans cette étape parisienne!!

Our stay was excellent. We loved our stay in the hotel. It had the perfect Parisian vibes. It was located on a very quiet street but very lively area. The beds were very comfortable. It was a perfect stay.

I will be back for sure next time I’m coming to Paris

Very clean and central

Cons:

As I mentioned to the manager, my room was at the first floor next to the patio door which was very loud when pepole use this door going in and out to their room ( patio rooms) just need to get a soft-close door that won’t sounds very loud.
