Great location and value
Pros:

Location was great! Beach club right next door has excellent food and drinks. 5 minute walk anywhere. Enjoyed jogging along boardwalk.

Cons:

Weird check-in inventory (may have been language miscommunication). Pool closes at 8pm, that’s way too early. Maybe consider keeping the pool open with quiet hours starting at 8pm.

Not a 5 star, however with the view it’s a great value.
Pros:

Walking distance to Playa Norte (10 min walk), shopping and restaurants (5 minute walk). Beach club next door has great food and drinks but no beach access due to turtle laying habitat. Ocean view is amazing. I’d definitely stay here again.

Cons:

No beach access, pool closes at 8pm. We walked from the ferry but should have taken a cab, it was up hill and very hot.

Bom custo benefício. Hotel simples, num local agradável, com preço justo.
Pros:

O hotel é simples, mas os atendentes são simpáticos. Pedimos a troca de quarto devido a um colchão que estava ruim e fomos prontamente atendidos. A localização é boa, a piscina na beira do mar é ótima e a vista do pôr do sol da janela do quarto era linda.

Cons:

Não tem café da manhã e blackout nas janelas. As roupas de cama e toalhas são de qualidade mediana, mas compatíveis com o valor do hotel.

Amazing place in Isla Mujeres, great staff and location
Pros:

The staff was super friendly and helpful, specially Katy in the reception. Location is amazing, walk distance from the port, to the Playa Norte beach, many restaurants and stores. Room was big, clean and with a stunning view of the sunrise. Great value for what you pay. Would recommend 100%

Cons:

During our stay, there was construction underway on the street leading to the hotel and on the nearby boardwalk; this made access difficult and caused annoying noise during the day, but it is beyond the hotel's control, and the area is shaping up to look very nice for the future.

Un petit hotel très bien placé! Proche de tout!
Pros:

L'emplacement de l'hôtel, proche de tout à quelques petites minutes de marche. Le personnel très gentil notamment Kathy à l'accueil qui était adorable. La chambre était spacieuse avec le nécessaire (petit frigo, machine à café, avec dosettes gratuites tous les jours ainsi que petites bouteilles d'eau), la terrasse qui donnait sur l'océan était un petit plus bien appréciable. La piscine était très agréable avec la jolie vue. L'hôtel est bien entretenu, le personnel s'affaire à le laisser toujours propre, dommage que certains voyageurs n'aient que peu de respect et jettent notamment leur mégots devant les yeux des pauvres jeunes employées de l'hôtel qui font ce qu'elles peuvent pour garder les sols propres dans le hall et la terrasse. Nous sommes fumeurs et pourtant nous faisions attention de nous mettre à l'écart et de jeter nos mégots dans la poubelle disponible à côté du bar. La plage de norte qui est la plus belle de l'île à nos yeux est à quelques minutes à pieds ( environ 7-8 minutes de marche).

Cons:

Malheureusement la place devant l'hôtel est en travaux donc l'accès à l'arrivée n'a pas été très facile car pas d'indications ou signalisations. Mais ce n'est pas la faute de l'hôtel. Ils pourraient juste peut être prévenir leur clients afin de faciliter l'arrivée et/ou installer des panneaux. Nous avons compris après coup que nous pouvions passer par la petite rue derrière afin d'éviter les travaux et ne pas déranger les ouvriers.

Great location 7-8 minutes from playa Norte. The pool area is very nice and rooms are big, clean and well equipped!

Cons:

They are doing constructions in front of the hotel so the view is not great.
