Even though repaired quickly- the one elevator was broken and needs an upgrade. The property is beautiful and it seems everything has been updated except that.

Our room was very spacious for two people, the sea view blessed us with some incredible sunrises. You can't swim on the beach that is in view but that didn't matter as if you carried on for 5mins you can get to a beautiful swimming location.

Mint Resort is an absolute winner when it comes to location and hospitality. We loved being just a short, breezy walk from the world-famous Playa Norte and having both the town and the local beach practically at our doorstep. The rooms themselves were beautifully designed, and the housekeeping team deserves a special mention for keeping everything impeccably clean throughout our stay. On top of that, the staff members were incredibly welcoming and friendly, making the overall vibe of the hotel feel very warm and professional.
However, the experience wasn't completely flawless as we found the beds to be quite uncomfortable. For a resort that gets so many other details right, the sleep quality was a bit of a letdown and didn't quite match the high standard of the rest of the room. It’s a fantastic place to base yourself if you want to be in the center of it all, but hopefully, they can look into upgrading their mattresses to truly provide that perfect island rest.

Liked the position of the hotel on the beach, good positioning around northern part of the island. Large rooms and confortable bed.
The room was humid and moldy. The bathroom lacked cleanliness and the common areas gave the impression of old, degraded and not very clean.
Location was fantastic and views amazing from Seaview room. Room was clean, spacious, and housekeeping was friendly. Bed was a little hard, but large king and decent pillows made it ok. The hotel overall was nice and clean, you can tell was recently renovated. Air conditioner and fan worked well. The shower water was hot, once you know that Hot water is opposite on handle than most places.
The elevator was broken on the second day we were there for a 7 day stay, and my husband uses a cane, so it was very inconvenient. The staff said on day 1 "maybe fixed in an hour or two", same answer on day 2, then after that, just shrugged and said they didn't know.
