La posizione, la piscina e la gentilezza del personale

Cons:

Struttura leggermente spartana, qualche piccola miglioria possibile, non c’è colazione (se non a pagamento in un ristorante/cafè adiacente) ma si trovano molte opzioni vicino

Great affordable spot right on the ocean
Pros:

It was spacious and comfortable and close to everything. Staff was friendly and quieter than most spots right on Playa Norte.

Cons:

Wish staff would sweep rooms everyday. Lots of sand tracked in from walking. But otherwise well cleaned

Good option for Isla. Needs some renovation works
Pros:

Location was absolutely excellent. Unbeatable. And the staff was very polite and helpful. The swimming pool area looks amazing!

Cons:

When I first entered the room, there was a very strong smell of cleaning product, which was quite unpleasant.

Additionally, both the shower and bath taps only had hot water in the bathrooms of both rooms. We informed reception about one of the rooms, and although they responded promptly and sent technicians, it took over an hour to fix the issue. While I appreciate their effort, it meant that I lost one of my mornings waiting instead of spending it at the beach. In such a situation, I believe a room change would have been a more appropriate solution.

All in all, although the hotel is advertised as being only one year old, it appears that some of the installations are older and would benefit from further renovation.

Peux largement mieux faire.
Pros:

La vue sur la mer, le personnel agréable dans l'ensemble.

Cons:

La literie est très inconfortable avec des taies d'oreillers en synthétique. La propreté, inadmissible pour ce prix 130 euros la nuit, vous avez les pieds noirs si vous marchez pieds nuls ! Une lumière qui s'allume automatiquement la nuit quand vous allez aux toilettes génial pour réveiller tout le monde.Le petit déjeuner dégoûtant, je fais largement mieux chez moi ! Piscine minuscule. Enfin pas terrible cette expérience.

el servicio es muy amable y la limpieza buena, igual que la ubicación

Cons:

No me gustó que no haya nadie del hotel por la noche en recepción,. ni teléfono para hablar con recepción. Si surge algún imprevisto como nos paso a nosotros que nuestra hija vómito todas las sábanas no hay nadie hasta la mañana siguiente para ayudarte. con una fregona o con sábanas limpias.

Nem volt a legtisztabb, meleg viz nem volt vagy ha jott is nagyon sokat kellett varni ra.
Kijelentkezesnel varnunk kellett arra is hogy megnezzek a szobat, hogy mindent rendben hagytunk-e, ami egy kisse kellemetlen volt.

3.5 star hotel with the potential to be a 5 star hotel.
Pros:

Location is incredible and value for the room was great.

Cons:

Hot water was spotty at times. And no coffee at the property until 8am(except little instant cappuccino in the room) you have one of the best views of sunrise on the island and we have to walk 5 blocks to get coffee. And don’t play loud music until after 9pm.

Great location in a beautiful accomodation.
Pros:

Beautifully remodeled hotel. Very large rooms with fabulous view. Great location. Nice to have restaurant/bar on site. felt set off but could get any where by walking or jumping in the golf cart.

Cons:

Could have used a bit more furniture in the room and a table on the deck would have been nice.
