Girls trip (Dallas girl & Playa Del Carmen local) & my first time to Isla Mujeres with one hour golf cart tour.
Pros:

I love that the hotel was on the water, but there’s really no beach there. It’s very rocky. Large terrace was a plus with a large room with great A/C! Infinity pool was enjoyable. Good people watching as people would walk the public pathway in front of the hotel. I sat for one hour waiting for the Cafe to open to get a nice coffee & the employee sat reading his phone at the bar, ignoring me until I approached him to order. Mind you, I had ordered a coffee from him the day before.

Cons:

There’s construction happening next-door, which can be very loud early in the morning and not nice to look at while on our terrace. The restaurant is attached to the hotel, but you cannot charge items to the room. And ice is nowhere to be found at the property.… Unless you buy a drink with ice from the restaurant.

Pros:

We stayed at the hotel in June 2026 and had a very enjoyable stay.

The hotel's location is excellent, and the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed. The cleanliness was also of a very high standard.

The hotel staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay.

The pool was quite small and not very inviting, which was a bit disappointing. In addition, there was construction work on the promenade next to the hotel, making the surrounding area less attractive. Hopefully, the renovation will be completed soon.

There were also a few occasions when towels for the pool and beach were not available.

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Prima gelegen hotel ten opzichte van alles
Pros:

Het waren heerlijke grote kamers. Met uitzicht op zee.

Cons:

Buiten waren er nog veel werkzaamheden aan de boulevard en straat en aan gebouwen op het plein. Zodra dat voorbij is, is het prima.

La vue sur la mer, la proximité de playa norte et du ferry. Le quartier est très très sympa autour

Cons:

Il y a des travaux sur la place et la piscine c’est casiment sur la place, avec les ouvriers et tout. L’hôtel et les chambres sont sombres et un peu tristes. La piscine est presque dans le hall d’entrée et sur la place publique.
De l’eau tombait du plafond dans ma chambre, la réception m’a dit que le réparateur pouvait intervenir jusqu’à 20h, que passé cette heure on verrait demain. Ils n’ont pas voulu me changer de chambre.
Il faut également récupérer une serviette de piscine à un comptoir avec un ticket.
C’est tres cher pour ce que c’est.

Het personeel is erg vriendelijk

Cons:

Het is een sfeerloos en vies hotel en in de verste verte geen resort. Onze kamer lag vol met zand en haren en ook in de douchecabine was het vol met haren. Het zwembad is erg klein en heeft maar 8 bedjes. De bedden op de kamer zijn erg hard waardoor we last van onze rug kregen. De kamers zijn erg groot maar heel erg sfeerloos.

Voor de prijs die je betaald kun je beter een ander hotel zoeken. Wij hadden een mooi resort met 5 sterren verwacht maar kwamen in een 3 sterren hotel terecht.

Goede gelegen hotel/locatie, maar beperkte hygiëne en faciliteiten.
Pros:

Het hotel was goed gelegen en het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Cons:

De kamer was zeer ruim, echter was de badkamer redelijk primitief en miste de kamer zelf wat karakter. Het water had er ook een ontzettend slechte geur.
