Pros:

The staff was lovely and the location is beautiful. The rooms are a bit small and the shower/toilet is basic and in the same room. It is do able. Grab worked fine to be picked up from the hotel.

What I didn’t like about the property:

The experience was disappointing. The staff were not welcoming at all and the service felt very poor from the beginning. The hotel is overpriced for what it offers — you are basically paying only for the view.

There was also a very concerning issue with safety. After 8 PM, there is no staff available at the property, which makes the place feel unsafe, especially for guests who may need assistance.

Additionally, I was charged 500 THB for a lost key, which felt excessive and unreasonable.

Overall, the service, pricing, and lack of staff presence made this stay uncomfortable and not worth the money.

Nice view, but poor service, safety concerns, and not worth the price.

Понравилась только девушка , которая проводила звуковую медитацию и неплохо готовят завтраки

Не отель а полное разочарование, сняли самую дорогую категорию на 3 дня в надежде на красивый вид , по факту грязная ванная с видом на ободранные деревья , просили поменять на вид с нормальным видом но их обещания длились 2 дня , постоянно тянули время. В последний день еще раз уточнили можем ли мы переехать в другой домик и снова какие то непонятные обещания что надо уточнить у менеджера и так далее , уже психанули и уехали на пляж на весь день , не хотелось ждать весь день пока они сообразят, и так ждали их до обеда , но полный игнор. В итоге по приезду уже поздно вечером обнаруживаем что даже номер не убран , ни полотенец ничего , на вопрос почему же не была произведена должная уборка они в ответ что якобы мы должны были переехать в обещанный домик , а кто бы нам еще сказал это до обеда вместо игнора. Мы были во многих отелях в Тайланде но такое отношение впервые , полное игнорирование твоих просьб , мало того что фотографии не соответствуют действительности так и еще отношение наплевательское. Ночью спать невозможно , дикий ор лягушек и разных существ , прям на территории они развели пруд и от этого ужасный шум, сам домик уже обшарпанный , ходуном ходит. В 8 вечера уже все выключают и свет и бассейн , делать нечего. Явно не стоит таких денег , даже 100$ не стоит. Есть отели ближе к берегу с лучшим качеством и адекватной ценой. Честно говоря в таком хорошем настроении заезжали , и в таком испорченном уехали (
