completely run down. Bad need for renovation.
Couch looks like it has seen some horrible things.

Burn holes and bad smell.

Neighboring rooms AC is loud. Not fixed after pointing it out.

Not worth the money, dated and poor facilities

Bed was comfy and bath tub is nice

Cons:

Did not match description or photos. The room is very dated and what looked in photos to be more luxury furniture has been replaced with clean more tacky alternatives. No city views your balcony has a drain, air con units and looks at a wall. At least 20 mins walk to get to even a reasonable shop. No robes and slippers provided. No kitchenware provided just a couple of glasses plates bowls and spoons and forks. Nothing to cook with or wash up with. With notes saying you can ask reception for kitchenware. No tea or coffee in rooms, have to go to reception. Swimming pool, jakuzi and sauna looked nice but when going to use it the sauna and jakuzi were off and 3 out of the 4 sunbeds are broken. I spilt a drink on the floor and when cleaning it up with a towel the floor was filthy dirty. Washing machine was great but no drying rack for clothes. I checked out a day early as was so disappointed. The hotel is not worth the money at all. They did not handle the complaint well and just said sorry even when I checked out. When complaining to booking.com the hotel still refused to do anything. Looking at previous reviews they have been aware of issues for ages and do nothing to sort anything.

It was a nice place, the location is a bit off but otherwise ok
Pros:

It was quite a good steal for the price and facilities. The swimming pool and gym were nice and clean and so were the corridors.
Loved the free drinks at the reception.

Cons:

Some staffs were a bit rude.
Also, when we checked in they’d put 2 large bottles of water & 2 cans of Coke worth 50 baht(quite pricey! Supermarket sells for 16baht) each, we thought they were complimentary and drank them and later on when we checked out, they cut that from our deposit saying it was not complimentary. ://

It is too overpriced for a city like Bangkok. The city is becoming greedy.They were very humble and reasonably priced during covid and now they have become greedy. Paying 100090 USD for for 25 days for city like Bangkok is not okay. Remember without foreign money there’s no Vangkok and they’re taking advantage of that
