Do not miss this opportunity
Pros:

Amazing owners, they were so accommodating to all my questions and needs. The location is epic, and I never missed a gorgeous sunrise because ITS RIGHT THERE! I had such a great experience, and it was for my fiancé's 40th Birthday and he had such a magical time. We were so comfortable and so happy for our stay. Highly recommend this beautiful place for a get away!

It was amazing
Pros:

The location was amazing , just steps from the ocean . Close enough to everything that you can walk anywhere you want to go but far enough away from the chaos . This site is on the south end of the board walk and most of the loud bars and such are north of margaritaville. Publix is just over a mile away so we walked there too. I guess if you have some sort of handicap or health issues you wouldn’t want to walk but a mile is not far in my opinion . The building is older and it isn’t perfect but I was clean. No bugs. No stained sheets. No weird smells. No mold in the shower . If you want to do laundry on site bring quarters it is 1.50 per wash and per dry. They have beach chairs and an umbrella (we didn’t use them but I did see them ) and they also had 4 beach towels in our unit . We were given a starter of small dish soap bath essentials 2 toilet paper and one paper towel. The unit had a sleeper sofa which we did not use so I cannot vouch for its comfort. The hosts were responsive , we checked in early at 2pm and a little late at 12noon , with their approval of course, as they have to set the codes.

Cons:

The only thing I can say is more of a personal preference. The pillows were firm for me but everyone is different . My fiancé seemed fine with it but at home he sleeps with 2 pillows and I sleep with one pretty flat and soft one
