Pros:

Es war sehr sauber. Praktisch sind die Schließschränke im Gang zur Gepäckaufbewahrung und dass man mit dem Zahlencode in die Unterkunft reingeht.
Die Betten waren bequem.

Cons:

Die Küchenausstattung mit dem Geschirr war etwas dürftig. Es gab nur einen Deckel für den zweitkleinsten Topf, der große Topf und die Pfanne hatten keine Deckel. Eine richtige Salatschüssel könnte man auch gebrauchen. Es gibt nur 2 Messer zum Schneiden, kein Brotmesser.

Aus der Beschreibung der Unterkunft ist es nicht ersichtlich, dass es keine Waschmaschine direkt im Apartment gibt, sondern eine im Gang, deren Benutzung 4€ kostet. Darüber hat uns beim Einchecken niemand aufgeklärt. Die ersten 4 Tage war die Rezeption auch nicht besetzt, wahrscheinlich wegen der Osterfeiertage.
Mit unseren Fragen nach Waschmaschine und dem fehlenden Wasserkocher haben wir uns an die Reinigungskräfte gewandt, die sehr freundlich und herzlich waren und uns geholfen haben. Daraufhin ist prompt eine Nachricht vom Eigentümer/Verwalter mit dem Hinweis auf die Bezahlung der Waschmaschinenbenutzung gekommen.

Perfectly clean. Wonderful courtyard. We were staying with a five year old and our room walked onto the enclosed courtyard. That meant he could come in and out as he pleased and we could sit in courtyard while he was in bed.

Wygodny pobyt na kilka spokojnych dni.
Pros:

Ładne, wygodne apartamenty w dzielnicy nadmorskiej. Do metra około 850 metrów. Do plaży da sie dojść na piechotę, około 20 min.
Bardzo pomocny personel.

La ubicación no es muy linda pero fue cómodo que nos quedaba cerca en auto a la ciudad de las artes. Tuvimos un problema con el baño pero nos mandaron un fontanero rápido a solucionarlo.

Instalaciones nuevas, cómodas y limpias.
El lugar es súper tranquilo.
Personal muy amable y predispuesto. Mónica nos ayudó en todo momento.
Aunque no está céntrico, a pocos metros está la parada del autobús municipal con varias lineas y buena frecuencia que te llevan al centro histórico.
A pocos metros del mar.
Si volvemos a Valencia, repetiremos seguro!

Incredible Stay near Marina
Pros:

The apartments are very close to a bus stop, 10 min from tram and metro. The apartment is fairly large and has a full kitchen. Also a nice table to dine on, large freezer, comfy bed, airco and fan, windows to see the porch, very nice towels and more

Cons:

The floor wasn’t comfortable to walk bare foot, the hallway was very loud when people went through, can also hear other people flush
