The tour operator who was recommended by Hôtel was rude and overpriced. We booked our tour outside the hotel with better rate.

Sehr sauberes Hotel nach internationalen Standards. Freundliche Mitarbeiter, ausgezeichneter Service. Super Frühstück! Wir waren spontan eine Nacht da und froh, in Marokko unter den ganzen überbewerteten Hotelanlagen endlich ein Hotel gefunden zu haben, das internationalen Standards entspricht (z.B. warmes Zimmer auch im Januar, zuverlässiges Warmwasser etc). Abgesehen davon: die Umgebung von Ouarzazate hat viel zu bieten.
