Comfortable beds and modern room fittings
Cons:

Categories

Cleanliness
1
Repeated comments across reviews praise cleanliness: “Sehr sauberes Hotel”, “Clean and spacious rooms”, camere nuove e confortevoli — overall clearly positive on cleanliness and upkeep.
Service
1
Multiple reviews highlight professional, attentive and friendly staff (young but well trained); staff frequently praised for helpfulness and attention to guests’ needs, though one note about inconsistent phone responsiveness.
Location
1
Generally described as well placed (“Agréable et bien placé”), but there is a notable negative point about the hotel entrance being on a street under construction which detracts from location convenience.
Room Quality
1
Rooms described as new, comfortable, clean and spacious with great bathrooms; minor nitpick about toilet height for a tall guest but overall room quality is positive.
Amenities
1
Amenities liked — stylish lobby with movie artifacts, quiet pool courtyard and modern facilities — generally positive presentation of hotel facilities.
Food and Beverage
1
Mixed feedback: restaurant food was praised and breakfast is varied and plentiful by some, while others found the breakfast room austere and buffet mediocre; overall slightly positive but inconsistent.
Value for Money
1
Perceived value is a clear negative driver: guests mention overvalued hotels in the area, an overpriced/rude recommended tour operator (external but affects the stay), missing small expected items (slippers/robes) and some service/process issues that reduce perceived value versus price.
Overall Experience
1
Overall impressions are mixed-positive in specifics (clean, stylish, professional staff) but operational drawbacks (phone responsiveness, breakfast service inconsistencies, entrance construction, and value concerns) lower the aggregated experience score.

Beautiful and comfortable hotel, wellness part is not worth it.
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful, the room was spacious, very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was amazing, with several options and products of good quality.

Cons:

The wellness is sold as part of the hotel package but in reality you need to book and pay for everything. There's nothing like a sauna available. Also, the scheduling/booking was very difficult because the masseuse is the only receptionist of the wellness part.
