A great place to stay!
Pros:

A lovey hotel with good facilities. The room was light, large and comfortable and the pool was fantastic. The staff in the restaurant in particular were excellent. Great personalised service.

Etablissement de luxe, standard international. On y est aimablement reçu. Très onéreux pour le Maroc
Pros:

Le buffet du petit déjeuner est excellent. Il est malheureusement un peu difficile d'avoir de la boisson chaude à volonté, car il faut à chaque fois demander au personnel et le thé arrive souvent tiède. Cela étant, le personnel est très gentil. La piscine est agréable, même si l'eau était très froide en cette saison. L'hôtel est globalement très confortable.

Cons:

Il y a toute la journée de la musique devant la piscine et les chambres qui donnent sur la piscine en "profitent". Par ailleurs, les prix sont excessifs. On vous demande pour une simple petite bouteille d'eau 20 dhms (2 euros). Signalons aussi (mais l'hôtel n'y est pour rien) qu'il y a des odeurs nauséabondes dans la rue où les égouts ont été éventrés. On peut espérer que cela se règlera avec les travaux d'aménagement de la zone, mais cela risque de prendre du temps.

Das Hotel ist gut gelegen für Ausflüge in die Gegend. Das Zimmer war groß, gemütlich und sauber. Das Hotel-Team war außergewöhnlich freundlich, zuvorkommend und sehr bemüht, alle Wünsche zu erfüllen - insbesondere ist mir das beim Restaurant-Team positiv aufgefallen. Sehr professionell!! Der Hof mit Pool sieht auch sehr nett aus, allerdings habe ich den Pool nicht genutzt. Alles sehr gepflegt und sauber!

Petit déjeuner très qualitatif. Le spa est de très haut niveau. L'hôtel est bien placé et la décoration est très sympa. Une bonne adresse.

Authentische und moderne Unterkunft am Rande von Ouarzazate
Pros:

Sehr modernes und trotzdem authentisches Hotel mit freundlichen Mitarbeitern. Das Abendbuffet und das Frühstücksbuffet waren sehr gut. Und im Hotel riecht es überall so gut.

Good stop over, clean rooms and nice spa
Pros:

Clean and large rooms with plenty of amenities. Spa is worth a visit, good price and nice staff.

Cons:

Ordered lunch by the pool, took 40+mins for a pizza and fries to arrive and when they did they were lukewarm at best. Pool side was busy with an event on which made sunbathing noisy and uncomfortable.
