Pros:

Le cadre et la décoration sont magnifiques. Un mélange d'orient et de cinéma. Une chambre trop belle, vue sur piscine, avec un lit immense. Propreté impeccable, sa sent bon, une belle piscine, permettant de vraiment nager (en faisant le tour) où l'eau ne devient pas un bouillon (reste à 27, même avec 40 dehors), dans une belle cour intérieure. Le petit déjeuner plus que complet et très bon. Vraiment un magnifique hôtel, avec un personnel top. Dommage de ne pas en trouver comme celui ci, avec ces tarifs, plus souvent 😊. Je recommande à 100%... Et bravo!

Rien.
Aller, pour dire une chose, mais qui n'a rien à voir avec l'hôtel en lui même ; l'environnement quand on y arrive, surprenant. Ceci dit, c'est à 2 pas de la Kasbah Taourirt et du musée du cinéma... 👍
Nota : je n'ai pas pu tester (de mon fait), malheureusement, le restaurant de l'hôtel (très belle salle de restauration). Les tarifs de la carte ne sont pas, certes, ce que vous pouvez trouver en ville, dans des resto populaires... Mais on est dans du haut de gamme... De ce que j'ai pu voir....

Bellezza nel deserto
Pros:

La piscina è molto bella, lo staff è accogliente e le camere sono molto moderne e pulite. La colazione è ottima, avbiamo soggiornato solamente una notte e non ci siamo mossi dall’hotel, ma la posizione è comunque centrale in città.

Pros:

Excellent séjour dans un cadre calme et agréable. L’emplacement est idéal, permettant de profiter pleinement de la ville tout en bénéficiant d’un environnement paisible.
Le petit-déjeuner était très apprécié, avec des produits frais et variés. L’atmosphère du lieu invite au repos et à la détente.
L’accueil a été discret, professionnel et efficace, ce qui a rendu le séjour particulièrement agréable du début à la fin.
Une adresse charmante que je recommande sans hésitation.

-de vriendelijkheid van pebaalde stafleden
Al konden ze niet meteen het doucheafvoer fixen kwam water bij enkels.

Afvoer moet gefixed worden douchecabine
Electra viel uit bij aankomst
Je verwacht van een 5 sterren dat ze een noodagregaat in werking stellen, maar niets gebeurde
Na een half uur geen stroom en toen was er weer geen wifi.
Telefoon om receptie te bellen kon niet
tv deed t niet ook geen netwerk
Uiteindelijk paar keer trappen op en af om informatie te halen. Omdat dus ook de licht was uitgevallen!
Ontbijt wat zeer matige kwaliteit.
Het is een hotel met zeker potentie ,maar nu zijn de prijs qualiteit niet in verhouding!
Volgende keer proberen we een andere hotel.
Voor de stafleden die wel vriendelijk waren. Bedankt en de groeten
