Do not book if you have a car to park
Pros:

It’s at Novotel

Cons:

It’s not part of the Novotel on services side. It’s a private owned serviced apartment. So Novotel doesn’t pay any attention. We were denied parking and had to wait for more than one hour still the parking wasn’t available so we had to depart from the premises without staying. The owner was non responsive and didn’t refund the amount.

Pros:

We booked this place suddenly (on the day when we checked in), but the owner contacted immediately and got the key so fast.
The view from the room is amazing, definetely choose this place next time as well.

Pros:

Beautiful apartment, great location and helpful staff!
Pros:

Fantastic location, amazing view of Manila. Good proximity to a mall, and about a 20mn walk to find some good restaurants and nightlife. Jhane met us with keys, and it was a smooth check-in process. Beautiful apartment with a very comfortable bed and GREAT air conditioning!

Cons:

It was smaller than expected, but that’s didn’t matter

Some teething problems as it is a new listing although location is good.
Pros:

Location was great. Check in was a runaround. For the start of the trip, it was an ideal cost-effective stay. Room manager was fantastic and assisted with issues regarding Netflix etc. Jhoan was all about ensuring we were happy.

Cons:

The kitchen was poorly catered. I had to go and buy wine glasses, toaster and frying pan. We were lacking spoons and knives although made do with what was there. The apartment was only new to the platform and the manager was going to fix it although we were going to be gone prior to this occurring. Our disappointment was that we booked the room due to the kitchen and with the typhoons order in was too long. We needed to cook our own meals each day, and it was problematic to start with. It would also be nice to have an option to have the room serviced.

A hidden gem
Pros:

The location is beautiful. The view is absolutely stunning. The staff are very kind and useful. They went out if their way to ensure that we had the best stay possible. Definitely great value for money
