Excellent.
Pros:

A nicely renovated property. Excellent value for money. This hit is at the very top end of the 3* category. The staff were absolutely lovely. A nice little bar, a decent breakfast and the restaurant looked great.

Goed maar als ik terugkom hoef ik geen ontbijt meer en voorzie ik mezelf wel.
Pros:

Eigenlijk alles beviel me heel goed enkel 2 puntjes die ik hieronder ga benoemen

Cons:

- bij uitchecken werd me gezegd dat er chocolade uit de minibar was, maar ik eet geen chocolade. En de betalende potten waren garantie verzegeld dat ik door ging.
- zondag was er de 1/2 marathon en wist ik dat er geen ontbijt was maar wel koffie had de receptioniste gezegd, dus geen probleem, alle begrip, ik voorzie me zelf wat eten dat ze ook koel gehouden hebben voor mij, smorgens heb ik enkel een lepel gekregen voor mijn Yoghurts maar koffie (cafeïne heb ik wel nodig) of iets niet, tot daar aan toe als het niet open is maar ik heb wel een volledig ontbijt betaald voor een lepel te mogen gebruiken. Het is een 24h service, ergens zal toch wel een koffie geweest zijn? Die van mijn kamer waren op van de dag ervoor dus dat ging ook niet.

Best (new) place to stay in Lisboa
Pros:

Great location in a hip area, brunch and restaurants nearby. Hotel is brand new, well-equipped and stylish. Staff is very warm and helpful. Everything was perfectly clean, and breakfast was nice. Everything was on point!

Great place in the city center (at least off-season)
Pros:

Perfect location. Spotless rooms. Very good service. We had a very comfortable stay. Everything you need is around the corner. Was really quiet and relaxed. Maybe due to the weather and our stay being off-season.

Cons:

Just details. Construction on one side of the building, but window isolation is really good. Takes roughly 3 minutes until you get hot water. Breakfast selection could be a little broader. That's it.

Pros:

Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet.

Cons:

Vor dem Hoteleingang befindet sich eine Großbaustelle (Tiefbau neue U-Bahn Haltestelle).
Unser Zimmer war dieser Baustelle zugewandt. Die Arbeiten begannen in den frühen Morgenstunden und endeten spät in der Nacht!
Darüber hinaus wurde uns ein außerordentlich kleines Zimmer zugewiesen.
