The staff is friendly and helpful.

Had a lovely stay here! The staff is warm and helpful. Great location for hiking the red valley/ rose valley loop. Beautiful view of the balloons. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious.

Очень хороший отель.Очень вкусные и сытные завтраки.Особая благодарность парням на на рецепшене -очень приветлие,отзывчивые,помогали нам во всем.Заселили нас раньше на 2 часа,за что им большое спасибо,потому что мы всю ночь не спали и очень устали.Также пошли нам на встречу в сложной ситуации.ятак же мы без проблем оставили наш багаж после выселения.Комната просторная,чистая,красивая.С балкона открывается отличный вид на шары.Несколько шаров даже приземлились возле нашего балкона.Очень рекомендую.С удовольствие приедем сюда снова в следующем году.

La ubicación hace que puedas tomar las mejores fotos del vuelo de globos. La habitación es amplia y bonita. Los encargados muy amables. El desayuno increíble.

Notre séjour dans cet hôtel nous a permis de vivre une expérience unique.
L’emplacement est fabuleux et permet d’être au plus près des montgolfières.
Le personnel est particulièrement bienveillant, et sa gentillesse fait chaud au cœur.
Les chambres sont très confortables : elles restent fraîches pendant la journée et sont très agréables le soir.
Je recommande vivement cet hôtel et vous encourage à y réserver votre séjour. Pour moi, c’est un véritable coup de cœur.

Nice atmosphere and staffs are very supportive and friendly. Room is also too good

Nice place if you have a car. The receptionist and staff were all very welcoming and even helped us with the balloon ride booking. Rooms were charming with the cave aesthetic. The breakfast was filling and they even gave us fruits before we left.

Eigenlijk alles, mooie kamer, heel netjes, perfecte locatie om te luchtballonnen te zien bij zonsopgang en een perfect ontbijt. Daarnaast heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. One of the highlights was the large terrace with a breathtaking view of the hot air balloons. There is honestly no need to visit any viewpoint when you can enjoy such an incredible panorama right from the hotel.

The breakfasts were excellent, with a great variety of delicious food. The service was outstanding and exceeded all our expectations.

What made our stay truly unforgettable was the amazing staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The team deserves a perfect 10/10.

La posizione tranquilla,parcheggio moto e camera con dimensioni comode

Idéalement situé proche des vallées. L'hébergement est spacieux, confortable, joli. Les équipements sont top. Nous avons eu de délicieux petit déjeuner. Le personnel était adorable.

La sympathie et l’accueil à la réception, la propreté des chambres, la vue

Очень доброжелательный и приветливый персонал. Они организовали для нас полет на шаре даже дистанционно. Мы ехали на машине из Алании в Каподокию и нам предложили оставшиеся 3 места в корзине на завтрашний полет, да еще и скидку сделали. Это было неожиданно и приятно. Надо отметить, что на следующий день полетов не было и у нас была единственная возможность полетать на шаре. А учитывая, что мы второй раз приезжаем в Кападокию, чтобы полетать на воздушном шаре, это для нас было очень важно.
Вечером мы попросили, чтобы нам подогрели мясо, которое у нас были с собой, так нам не просто погрели мясо, но и сделали полную сервировку стола и даже сделали огромную миску салата из овощей, на троих мы даже не смогли съесть. Это очень по домашнему.
Завтраки в турецком стиле, очень сытные. Нас удивило, что в первый день на завтрак мужчине принесли омлет, а нам, женщинам лепешки с сыром.
Я рекомендую посетить этот отель из-за теплой атмосферы и тихого места, конечно, на любителей тишины.
Да, про шары, которые видны с террасы отеля, к сожалению, нам не удалось посмотреть на эту красоту, так первое утро мы сами летали, а на второй день полетов не было. Но мы видели прямо перед нашей террасой собирали приземлившийся шар. Это было в первый день, когда мы вернулись в гостиницу после полетов. И еще хочу отметить, что отель находится рядом с Долиной над которой летают шары, это очень удобно для тех, кто собирается лететь на шаре. Нас забрали из отеля в 4:30 утра последними и через 3 минуты мы были в долине, и привезли первыми. Я даже не знаю во сколько забирали других. Утром это очень важно .
