Good value for money
Pros:

Bed was very comfy. Great location in middle of Chinatown.

Cons:

Noisy outside street but the hotel do provide ear buds. Room is small but good value for money

£275 a night for a room too small for beds and with no hot water. Asked about hot water and staff simply shrugged shoulders and didn’t offer to help.

Lovely place, lovely staff
Pros:

Rooms are very clean, I found fresh towels and water bottles waiting for me daily. The staff are lovely and friendly 24/7. Jeffery, Gladys, Ria, Pann and Bobby took very good care of me and gave me extra water bottles when I came back exhausted after a long day of work. Such a thoughtful gesture. Thank you!

Staffs (Jeffery, Gladys, Ria, Huiyee, Myu and Bobby) are friendly and allow travellers to leave the luggage at the check-in counter when we reach before check in time. Provide new drinking water bottles and new towels when asked for room cleaning services.

Cons:

Provide hanging hook in the bathroom will be useful.
