Great position but don’t believe the newly renovated

Air conditioner pipe running straight onto bathroom floor causing puddle in front of toilet. Beds extremely hard.

Good value for money in Chinatown
Pros:

Good value, very convenient to explore Chinatown and walk to Gardens by the Bay and Raffles - if you enjoy walking! Very helpful staff, clean room.

Cons:

No bedside light for reading in bed. Toilet and shower were combined - not a problem but not something I’ve experienced before!

Toilet and shower situation was very intimate. Our flights were cancelled meaning we were now due to arrive a day later, and sadly the hotel didn’t offer any sort of support of compensation

一切都很美好，只有午夜音量導致睡眠中斷。
Pros:

房內設備齊全，還有小零食可以使用，熱水充足，在疲累過後是需要一次熱水澡解除不適。

Cons:

櫃檯人員未有入住說明，或者附近旅遊介紹，稍作可惜；可能是週末夜，樓下音樂和人聲在午夜後仍持續活躍。

Pros:

The location

Cons:

Paid for a room with a balcony, first room did not have one, went back to reception and the staff eventually understood what we were saying, she changed our room 3 times, got to the room, the pillow had make up stains all over it, the bathroom had men’s perfume left in it, when leaving the room my mom and I discovered the used condom under the bed, we complained to the staff and they just said sorry that was it, the bathroom floor was also flooded when we arrived.
