Check-in/out and staff were often praised as easy and friendly, though a few reviews note staff can be curt or indifferent.
Location
1
Location is often noted as convenient (close to metro) but a few guests felt it was slightly off the city center; overall neutral.

1
Repeated comments about rooms being small, dark, a bit stuffy, thin walls/noise and occasional tobacco smell; some liked efficient layout or tatami style but size/comfort issues are frequent.

Pros:

Good location, nice bedroom

Cons:

The concept of bare minimum contact with staff (screens for check in and check out) doesn’t help much in longer trips because they didn’t offer the shipping luggage service

Personnel accueillant, chambre et lit confortable, bon emplacement
Pros:

Très bon hôtel, lit confortable. Les équipements ont l’air très récent et malgré que la chambre n’est pas immense elle est bien faite. On a apprécié, en plus on était plutôt bien situé. Un peu au milieu de tout 👌

Pros:

The hotel is modern and the room, while on the small side, is very cozy and comfortable. Breakfast was good, with a nice selection to start the day. The location is great, and the surrounding area is quiet, so we slept well. Overall, a pleasant stay.
