A great stay. Would love to return.
Pros:

This seems to be a refurbished hotel. New bed that is very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel is a short walk from the Malecon and we blundered onto the first night of Carnival. Fantástico!

Cons:

The rooftop swimming pool is only 2 feet deep. Not possible to swim in, but the view is outstanding.

Hôtel à éviter, mais le restaurant au dernier étage est très bien

Superbe vue sur la baie car l’hôtel moderne construit sur une colline a une dizaine d’étages

Cons:

La piscine est inutilisable, c’est un bassin décoratif d’1 m de profondeur au milieu du restaurant et du bar. Pas de transat, même les enfants ne peuvent pas s’y baigner.
Les chambres sont très mal insonorisées ( chambre voisine, et bar du 8 eme étage que nous entendions au 5eme)
Climatiseur poussif qui avait du mal à rafraîchir en dessous de 24 degrés
Très mal dormi

Bien mais nécessite plusieurs améliorations.
Pros:

Son emplacement et la vue splendide sur la terrasse.

Cons:

Les prix d’un verre sur la terrasse est déraisonnable et parfois le service est déficient. Parfois trop de personnel à se tourner les pouces au resto et pas suffisamment sur la terrasse… la nourriture était très bonne au resto et lors de notre deuxième petit déjeuner. Aussi, il faudrait clairement changer le styliste/décorateur de l’hôtel car il n’a pas de goût!

Very comfy and safe. Good food and amazing staff.
Pros:

Rooms are clean and beds really comfortable. Breakfast and all food amazing.

Cons:

The pool is more for decor. No one can swim in it. It is tiny and in a busy eating area with tables all around. I booked this hotel so my child could swim. You absolutely cannot swim here so if looking for a pool this is not the place.

Pros:

Es perfecto, la comida está rica, la habitación está confortable y el staff es super amable

Cons:

La única oportunidad de tener vista al mar es desde la terraza del restaurante, pero aún que tengas que salir ea bonito

We were stuck in La Paz for two days, HBlue was a good place to stay for a short period.
Pros:

The view is amazing! The room and finishing are also great. The restaurant and bar also have amazing views.

Cons:

1) The location, it’s a little far from restaurants. 2) The pool is more of a water feature than a swimming pool. You have to walk through the restaurant and people are dining right next to pool.
3) does not have a place to relax outside and soak up sun in bathing suit, no lounge chairs by the pool.
4) The bar is very nice, but the music is super load, almost like clubbing, not relaxing.

Would not come back since we were in one of the cooler months and still wanted a pool
Pros:

Comfort of bed and cleanliness

Cons:

The hot water was repeatedly off in the late afternoon and we would have to call to have it turned on. I went to the restaurant for breakfast and was it raining and needed to sit inside. Only 1 other table was being used but would only be give a 2 top that were against pillars and had no view. The host said they would have to be held for others coming later. And lastly, there is not a pool. It is some water that is probably only a half meter deep right outside the restaurant windows making it essentially useless.
