Ich weiß nicht, wo ich anfangen. Die reinste Katastrophe. Zum Glück waren wir nur übergangsweise für drei Tage dort. Es begann mit dem Check-In. Angeblich um 14:00 Uhr. Wir sind um 16:30 Uhr angekommen und konnten nicht in unser Zimmer. Es gäbe wohl Probleme und es könne sein, dass wir in ein anderes Hotel müssen. Nachdem wir nicht einverstanden damit waren haben wir so gegen 20:00 Uhr unser Zimmer bekommen. Der nächste Schock. Sogar eine Jugendherberge ist sauberer und ordentlicher. Nichts hat funktioniert, weder Klima noch das Fernseher.Das Badezimmer sah mehr als widerlich aus. Alt, kaputt und eklig. Wir sind runter zum Abendessen. Wieder ein Schock. Alleine vom Anblick wurde uns schlecht. Zudem werden die Tische nicht gescheit sauber gemacht. Von wegen All Inklusive. Es gab einfach außer Cola und Fanta gar keine Kaltgetränke, die dogar lauwarm serviert worden sind. Z.B. Bier nach 22:00 Uhr gegen Gebühr. Und kein kostenloses Internet. Und und und. Wir haben so etwas vorher noch nie gesehen. Dieses Hotel verdient nicht einmal einen Stern. So viel dazu...

Cons:

Very bad breakfast same everyday, lunch and dinner was same everyday only vegetable were cooked mostly bell peppers or boiled veg. Very disappointing food. Has to order from outside each time.

Table legs were on it lasts legs
All the sun loungers were broken around the pool
No alcohol served
Food was an absolute disgrace
Room was filthy
Not one word of English spoken everything's done through Google translate
Workers are all men and was leaving themselves into our room trying to touch us.
They are all dirty perverted men at this hotel
Im sure one worker spiked my friend as he offered her a drink out of his own whiskey but didnt offer me or anyone else.
Do not go to this hotel
Me and my friend left after 24 hours of being in this hotel

Pros:

Hotelul este este aproape de mare are comerțuri in apropiere.

Cons:

Hotel vechi, curățenie în camere nu se face deloc, mâncare foarte rea și nu este suficientă, un singur model de fruct fără desert. Nu se justifică cele 4 stele, nu seamănă cu ce este pe poze.

Sehr dreckig Zimmer und Toilette. Rezeption nicht freundlich. Essen sehr schlecht. Kissen waren nicht überzogen. Es ist einfach sehr ekelhaft
Bitte geht nicht in diese Hotel. Guckt Bewertung bevor bucht. Kinder sind dort nicht im die Toilette gegangen. Einfach ekelhaft und unhygienisch .Wir haben nächste Tag andere Hotel gebucht und dadurch viel Geld Verlust.

Title: Worst Hotel Experience of Our Lives – Do Not Book New Royal Beach Hotel, Beldibi, Turkey

Our stay at New Royal Beach Hotel in Beldibi, Turkey was the worst and most unforgettable negative experience we’ve ever had in hospitality – not just in Turkey, but anywhere in the world.

From the moment we entered the property, it was complete chaos:
1. Unprofessional and Untrained Staff: The receptionists had no idea how to handle bookings. Our confirmed reservation clearly stated 2 adults and 2 children, yet they kept insisting it was only for 2 adults. It was a waste of time and extremely frustrating, especially with kids involved.
2. Disgusting Hygiene Standards: The place is filthy. I’ve never seen a toilet in such a condition in my life – there was actual feces on the floor next to the toilet. That alone is enough to shut this place down.
3. Lack of Basic Organization: They first claimed they don’t accept 1-night bookings, despite us having a confirmed booking via Booking.com for 1 night. Then they said they are fully booked, clearly trying to avoid honoring our reservation.
4. Deceit and Disrespect: Despite our confirmed booking, they told us there is no room for us and that they don’t accept families. The treatment we received was disrespectful, unprofessional, and inhumane. It felt like we were not welcomed, but rather dismissed as if they never wanted us there in the first place.

Booking.com should immediately reevaluate their partnership with this property. It is shocking that a platform of that scale would list a hotel that fails every basic standard of hospitality and human decency. There should be an urgent inspection of this facility.

Please, do not waste even a single dollar, euro, or lira on this place – it’s not worth it, even for the lowest budget.

We have video proof of the entire experience and will not hesitate to share it further. No family deserves to go through what we went through

We did not like anything apart from the rice.

Cons:

The male staff hit on me and my friends multiple times, very unprofessional - not a friendly place for non turkish people. The floor in the bedroom, the bedding, the pillows, the bathroom and the shower were very very dirty. We actually checked out early and went to another hotel because we felt so uncomfortable with the low level of cleanliness and the behaviour towards us from the male staff. They also lied about having a gym, there is no gym. The fridge in our room wasn't working properly and wasn't cool on the inside but was very hot and made our room hot, and the plug to this fridge was broken and very precarious looking, definitely an unresolved hazard.
