Overall great place and super Staff
Pros:

I enjoyed the stay as staff was very helpful and the location was amazing. A bit disappointed that the parking was extra and the lift was not working. However the stay was very comfortable and we enjoyed every moment of the stay.

Cons:

The lifts was not working through out my stay and the heating was playing up. Overall it was a good stay however a few minor issues such as not having tissue in the room and only had one glass where as there was two guest

Horrible experience.
Pros:

Close to train station

Cons:

Took me almost 2 hours to find the place because the name of the hotel in bold letters is Aston Court, not Cancenter. Paid parking should’ve been mentioned on the booking. Couldn’t sleep due to noise from neighbour, window won’t shut properly, so room was cold even with the heating on. Duvet wasn’t warm and flushy enough. I had to leave in the middle of the night.

My go to Derby hotel.
Pros:

Superb value for money. Location is perfect for my niece. Opposite the train station (zero train noise) and a short walk into town will catch the bus.
Most helpful staff. Very well appointed rooms with comfortable beds. You can open the window to get some fresh air unlike most chain hotels.

Cons:

Having to leave!

Wasn't disturbed was so peaceful slept comfortably by time got ready handed key bk 2 reception at 11.20 staff dint have ago which was so nice respecrful

Wasn't enough facilities also fact that room wasn't clean 2 my standards which ain't very high lol should of been cleaner maybe I should go c if got any jobs
