Pros:

Alle Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter waren absolut freundlich. Service wird hier groß geschrieben. Wir wurden intensiv zu Restaurants beraten und bei einem Fahrradunfall liebevoll begleitet. Ein besonderes Dankeschön geht hierbei an Hugo, aber es waren wirklich alle über die Maßen freundlich.
Die Einrichtung ist neuwertig und modern. Die Betten sind sehr gemütlich. Wir haben jeden Tag lange geschlafen....

Cons:

Die Lage zur Stadt ist hervorragend. Man erreicht alles flott zu Fuß und für das Parkhaus bekommt man vom Hotel einen mächtigen Rabatt. Das Hotel ist in der Nähe des Bahnhofs. Zeitweise habe ich mich unwohl gefühlt, da hier viele kranke, drogenabhängige Obdachlose mich ansprachen. Dafür kann das Hotel nichts, aber es ist zu erwähnen.

Overall would be happy to stay again, clean, safe and good location.
Pros:

We were very happy with everything, staff very pleasant, the breakfast was fresh and tasty, would be happy to stay again.

Cons:

Would have liked English breakfast tea and milk portions in the room and the balcony door couldn’t open fully as it hit the bed.

Le bruit du frigo dans la chambre la nuit insupportable ! Dans cette qualité d hôtel 4 étoiles c est pas acceptable

Perfect place to stop in Annecy. Right around h tu corner from the train station and one block from supermarkets, 2 bloc
Pros:

Kind and helpful welcome for a weary traveller with cat! My niece and I travelled from Italy by train with a stopover in Annecy. Very convenient location for inter European travel. Family owned hotel and extremely modern and clean but also homely. We were provided with an excellent French dinner meal brought up to our room by a charming gentleman :)

Agréable séjour
Pros:

L’hôtel est en centre-ville à proximité de la vieille ville et du lac, tout proche de la gare.
Très bon petit déjeuner et matelas très confortable.
L’établissement est très propre.

Cons:

Pour un 4 étoiles, on aurait pu espérer une chambre un peu plus grande.
