Wouldn't stay again.
Pros:

Location is good 15 minute walk in to Liverpool centre. Off street parking near by.

Cons:

Booking in was a nightmare 😫 given the wrong code for outside door. The inner door was also closed and code was not given to us. Had to make a few calls to get in, not a great start. The appointment wasn't as clean as the last time we stayed but this has changed hands. Dirty fingerprints on doors and windows. The window in the bedroom had no catch so couldn't close and the coffee table was not safe. The fridge needed a good clean and the freezer needed defrosting.

Great.
Pros:

Two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It has a lift, which is convenient for travelers carrying a lot of luggage. Cleaned.

Cons:

I only knew I had to pay an additional £200 as a deposit after confirming and paying on Booking.com.

we will definitely stay again!
Pros:

It was amazing. Facilities were excellent and wish we could have stayed longer.

Cons:

Needs a rail/bar in the bath to help get in and out the shower. it was quite slippy and there was nothing to hold on to.
it was expensive for one night but it was a Saturday night with Bruce Springsteen at Anfield!

Pros:

Comfortable, clean, tidy, well ventilation, good light, nice kitchen.

Cons:

The lift was out of order for 2 days .
It was difficult to climb up to 4th floor.
