Excellente solution pour un séjour au festival d'Avignon
Pros:

Excellent emplacement pour le festival d'Avignon. Accueil matinal, personnel très sympathique. Très calme. Petit-déjeuner copieux. Récupération des clés tard le soir très simple. Parking coûteux mais pratique.

Cons:

Nous aurions aimé conserver le parking le dernier jour du séjour

Cons:

Nos deux petits déjeuners à deux personnes ont été facturés 60 euros soit 15 euros x 4. Quand je m’en suis aperçue j’ai dit qu’il y avait une erreur car sur notre facturation de Booking il était annoncé à 12 euros. Je n’ai jamais pu me faire entendre par un responsable. Un employé m’a même dit que les pris étaient évolutifs alors que je lui ai présenté notre contrat imprimé ! Le responsable devait me rappeler il / elle ne l’a jamais fait. Procédé très malhonnête, illégal et qui mérite d’être dénoncé !

Bon séjour
Pros:

La chambre qui donnait sur une cours d'immeuble était au calme. Proximité du centre ville d'Avignon, de la gare sncf atteignables à pied.

Cons:

Il aurait été important de préciser que pendant le festival d'Avignon la réception et la bagagerie étaient ouvertes toute la journée. Cela nous aurait permis de déposer nos bagages sans attendre 15h tel qu'indiqué sur le mail envoyé la veille de notre arrivée.

Une bonne adresse
Pros:

De pouvoir trouver un hébergement en juillet à Avignon, bien situé et d'un bon rapport qualité prix
