安い割に自動雀卓やさまざまなボードゲーム•漫画があり退屈しなかった。

Cons:

アリが出てきたりと衛生面に不安有り。照明も暗く調子が悪かった。また、問い合わせメッセージを無視したり当日に連絡がつかないなどチェックインできるまで泊まれるかわからなかった。

Pros:

駅が近くコンビニも近くて良かったです。

Cons:

玄関が薄暗くドアを開けるのに手こずってしまいました。施錠の開け閉めの仕方をメールで分かりやすく教えて頂けると良かったです。
部屋に入るのもメールで教えてもらえると分かり安いと思います。
部屋のいちぶの窓のカギが壊れていて窓が閉めることができなかったので怖かったです。

すぐ横が川が流れていて川のせせらぎと景色は良かったです。

Cons:

少し古い建物で
猛暑日に宿泊をしたせいか
廊下に空調が無く暑かったのと

Very disappointed and was not easy to check in here at all

Checkin procedure was exhausting and no option to store luggage / storage at the station was all taken - stairs were hard to climb , lights were flickering all night .kitchen was disappointing- would not want to cook there

Quiet location and close to all restaurants and shops.
Pros:

Hakone a great, relaxing stay while travelling in Japan. The location is just outside the main centre and is quiet.
The futons are on the floor but comfortable. Lots of linen and the shower and bathroom is great. It is very quiet from outside noise at night except for the rush of water as the river flows.

Cons:

The decor needs a bit of tidy up and clean. The "indoor tin roof" facade needs to be cleaned and some of the decor needs a brightening up. Only noise one night from guests who arrived in late and stayed up for a while.

the stairs were actually dangerous, the property has a smell, the fellow guests were so loud late into the night, until around 4am, and the walls were paper thin. the carpet was black, there was no staff onsite and the details of entering were difficult, and the alarm went off as we were leaving and there was nobody to call for help.

would never stay here again
