A wonderful time spent in the center of Istanbul
Pros:

Very clean and profesional, it was a pleasure to stay at this place :) And also Mr Ali and Mr Batuhan were very heplful. I recommend it to everyone!

War okey, aber wir kommen nicht nochmal
Pros:

Das Frühstücksbuffet, vor der Tür gab es direkt einen Parkplatz für das Auto und die modernen Zimmer.

Cons:

Im 11. Stock gibt es keine Klima und die Fenster sind aus Sicherheitsgründen nur zu kippen (was verständlich ist) jedoch kann es nicht sein, erst auf Nachfrage einen kleinen Lüfter zu bekommen das nichts bringt! In den Zimmern gibt es keine Klobürste und nach der Reinigung wurde das Toilettenpapier nicht aufgefüllt!

A Nice getwist in Istanbul
Pros:

Location
The reception
The staf, Ulaş , Oğuzhan & Duran , Ercan and Fahid are lovely. Banucicek is also very assitat. The hotel is very clean and the breakfast is good. But the staf is makingthe hotel a sur plus!
