La propreté le logement agréable avec une petite cours car même si c'est décrit comme balcon ça s'apparente mais comme c'est au RDC c'est encore mieux le quartier calme mais près de tout et le proprio adorable merci pour ce weekend

Cons:

Literie très bas de gamme et nettoyage limite. Très dur de dormir tant la literie était mauvaise et vu que le propriétaire dors dans le salon on l entend regarder la TV. On se sent un peu cloîtré dans une chambre a attendre le lendemain. Salle de bain très mal insonorisé. La chambre est collé contre. Le jaccuzzi il y a un supplément a régler en +.

Worst rental experience ever – the host ignored us completely and ruined my birthday!

I informed the host in advance about our arrival time and that it was a special day – my birthday. Everything was paid for. But when we arrived, we couldn’t get into the apartment.

My friends and I called, sent text messages, left voicemails and audio messages – not a single reply. We stood in the rain for three hours, completely soaked and stressed. The host never contacted us, never apologized, and ignored us completely.

Because of this, I let down my friends who came to celebrate with me. We had to urgently find another place to stay in a strange city.

Absolutely unacceptable. This host is irresponsible, disrespectful and unreliable. Do not book this place if you value your time and sanity.

Ужас! Испорчен день рождения, полный игнор, позорное отношение!

Этот опыт стал настоящим кошмаром. Я заранее сообщил о времени прибытия и отметил, что это особенный день — мой день рождения. Всё было оплачено полностью. Но по приезду мы с друзьями не смогли попасть в квартиру.

Мы звонили, писали СМС, отправляли аудиосообщения на голосовую почту — полное молчание. Три часа стояли под проливным дождём, промокли до нитки, а хозяин даже не ответил ни разу. До сих пор — ни звонка, ни извинений, ничего.

Из-за этого я подвёл своих друзей, которые приехали отпраздновать со мной. Вместо праздника — стресс, разочарование и срочный поиск нового жилья в чужом городе. И всё это — из-за полного безразличия и отсутствия минимальной ответственности со стороны хозяина.

Никому не советую это жильё! Хозяин — человек, которому нельзя доверять. Он вас просто проигнорирует в самый важный момент.

Позорное отношение. Сплошной обман и ноль уважения к людям.

Un hôte super gentil !
Pros:

L’hôte est un treeeees gentil monsieur ! Super arrangeant !
Il propose jacuzzi et place de parking en supplément !
Très sympathique ! Si vous n’avez pas peur de partager votre appartement avec quelqu’un foncez !!!

Cons:

Je n’avais pas fait attention lors de la réservation que le jacuzzi était en supplément. Ce n’est pas grave c’est la vie.

propriétaire non compréhensif, juste pour l'argent, autant prendre un hôtel

dans le logement il y a le propriétaire , c'est un t2 , donc chambre et salon coté proximité on repasse, j'étais avec un collègue intermittents , nous dans la chambre et lui dans le salon , ou l'inverse , vu que je n'y es pas mis les pieds je n'en sais rien
dans le descriptif de l'appartement sur la page d'accueil, le détails concernant la présence du propriétaire apparait que si vous lisez la totalité , mais pas au 1er coup d'œil sur la courte pt présentation , j'ai demandé l'annulation , mais il n'a pas voulu , donc j'ai recherché un autre logement , 2 logements pour le même weekend

He's lying to the tourists.He Advertised that he's got a spa. When I asked him about how to use this spa, who told me I have to pay 200 euros for 1 hour. Stay away of this man because he will pull you off. When I arrived to the airport and I called him, he did not pick up the phone, he just wanted to keep my money. He did not want to give anything for my money. Stay away of this man he's fishing your money and he will not give you the possibility to sleep there. I tried to call him many times after 8:00 p.m. when I arrived to the airport he just did not pick up the phone. I called booking.com and an assistant ensured me that I will get back my money from booking.com. I could not check in because the man did not pick up the phone and I was very afraid if I arrive to that property maybe it will be locked and I won't be able to sleep there. Sobooking.com should take it serious it's not a joke. So I asked very polite the management of booking.com to return back my payment because this man did not gave me any services he did not check in and he just f***** me.
