مناسب جدا للعوائل ، يبعد عن شاطي باتونق عشر دقايق مشي على الاقدام ، الغرفه نظيف وواسعه والسرير مريح ، والتكييف ممتاز ، والمطعم والكوفي ممتاز ، ويوجد لديهم قسم للمساج ،ومكتب لحجز الفعاليات وموظفون الاستقبال متعاونون جدا ، طلبت تجديد يوم اضافي وجددو لي على نفس الغرف ، والسعر مناسب انصح فيه بشده .

Pros:

Staff were wonderful ,rooms were nice and roomy

Cons:

The bed was too hard,and uncomfortable,no where to gather and socialise,esp if you are with a group,chairs around the pool were too low, breakfast wasn't that great either

La piscina es genial, el desayuno buffet genial porque es muy variado y cerca de la zona de fiesta. A 5 minutos de la playa.

El sofá podría ser una gota más cómodo...pero por lo demás genial.

مديره الاستقبال بعد جدل كبير حتى وافقت تعطينا سرير للطفل بعد تهديد ترك الفندق
كان الرفض قاسي من طرفها فكانت تريد أن تعطيني الاقامه لزوج فقط .والطفل ليس له مكان.بالرغم من أن الحجز مع طفل 8 سنوات

أن يطبقون الحجز حتى ولو كان الفندق مطلوب .فهذا مش مشكله الزبون. اداره جيده وكل واحد ياخذ حقه حسب الحجز

الرجاء الاهتمام اكثر ب خدمة الرد على برامج التواصل الاجتماعي
Pros:

أعجبني الموقع و بعده عن الازعاج و حوض السباحة كبير جداً.

Cons:

البطء في الرد في مواقع التواصل .. تواصلت معهم من أجل الاستقبال من المذار فقاموا بارسال رقم واتس أب و لم يرد علي أحد .. و تواصلت في بوكينغ و لم يرد علي أحد . كما ان اضاءة الغرف سيئة جداً
