Very bad
Pros:

They gave us partial ocean sea view room. We booked aqua sea view. Sea infront of our room. Bed face was other side so cudnt get the view all day

Claimed that out if three room one room someone smoked
It was smelly
It was not
He charged hefty amount of fine from us.
And was rude too


And also i forgot my belongings in room and caling the hotel no one properly responding

Asking house keeping took them hours
To asked about my belonging
I told exact room exact place where i left my belongings

That is jot professional
Ill will never ask anyone to stay in this hotel

Cons:

When you enter the room, it was very hot. The room can only be cooled down after sunset. Also, My girlfriend suffered an injury to her hand from a broken glass cup in the toilet. What was truly shocking and upsetting was the hotel frontdesk staff's (Nack) immediate reaction. Instead of showing any concern for her injury, she promptly demanded a 200 baht fee for the broken glass. This complete lack of empathy and her immediate focus on financial charges, without even a single question about her condition, felt incredibly cold, inhumane, and utterly unprofessional!!!!
