Pros:

The hotel is located near and walkable distance to Gion. The hotel is comfy, quiet and clean. My son loves the tatami floor and immediately took off his shoe and run inside the room to explore once we reached. Both western and Japanese style breakfast were good. Staff were friendly and greeted us every time we walk pass the lobby. They allowed us to leave our luggages overnight as we had booked the wrong date for the luggage transfer. Recommend this hotel for families.

Perfect place to stay in Kyoto
Pros:

Beautiful, calm hotel with lovely Japanese design and modern freshness. My family of 3 was so comfortable and loved our stay. Beds were blissful. Location was great and we were able to walk most places. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Great value overall. Would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

Breakfast was fine but a little expensive so we opted to eat out since there are so many wonderful options around Kyoto.

Le spot à Kyoto
Pros:

Hôtel tout juste parfait offrant une qualité de service et d'équipements tout a fait relaxant après une longue journée de marche à Kyoto. Son emplacement vous offre full possibilité pour flâner, visiter ou encore se restaurer au coeur de Kyoto. Que dire des bains, un pur moment à savourer.

Cons:

Peut-être le petit-déjeuner bien que amplement suffisant et diversifié pour moi.

Cons:

El aparato de aire acondicionado no nos dejó dormir ninguna de las noches goteando al suelo toda la noche. Horrible. Además el último día nos tuvimos que ir media hora antes de que abriesen el desayuno y teniéndolo pagado pedimos al personal que nos diesen un café y un croissant para llevar, y teniendo ya el comedor montado y listo nos dijeron que no de muy malas maneras. Nos fuimos muy decepcionados.

Perfect
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived early before check in, and the staff happily looked after our bags and delivered them to our room ready for when we returned. They also provided us with cool water and towels while we waited in the lobby which was very refreshing for a 30+ degree day. The room was clean and beautifully presented, and had lots of lovely drinks, snacks and toiletries provided free of charge. The breakfast was delicious and good value for money (1x cooked breakfast meal + buffet). The public bath was very nice with a hot bath, cool bath, and sauna. Overall it was an amazing stay and very reasonably priced.

Cons:

I can’t fault anything. Everything was perfect.
