Pros:

C'était un endroit très chic et très calme. J'ai particulièrement aimé l'espace bains, très appréciable après une journée d'excursion.

The Place to stay in Kyoto!
Pros:

This is the best place to stay in Kyoto! Perfect location on a quite street within a 15 minute walk to the train station.
So many great places to eat very close by. The Olsen was amazing!!!! It looks brand new and very modern. I went once or twice a day. Nice staff and helpful. The beds were comfy and the bathroom was one of the best designed one I had in Japan. The food at the resturant for dinner was good! This is a must stay and worth the money!

Cons:

We stayed 5 nights. It would have been nice if the breakfast was changed up some each day. It was the exact same every day. However, you could order from the kitchen how you wanted your eggs.

Was nice, but prefer banyan over this hotel.
Pros:

The room by far was the best part. The floor and my slippers did smell like feet. Not sure if they clean them after every use or if that’s just Japan’s style. Food was really good.

Cons:

The staff was interesting. They ran out of shower caps and couldn’t give us a later checkout (even 15 min was a charge) because they gave us balloons in our room for our honeymoon. I also found it weird that paying for breakfast the morning of was more expensive than the night before. We had one of the nicest rooms, if not the nicest, and service-wise, it didn’t feel like that.

内装、外装共に綺麗で快適。飲み物がたくさんある。アメニティのクオリティが高い

Cons:

・水風呂がぬるすぎる。
・浴室のタオルの補充がされておらず困っている人がいたため1階スタッフまで伝えに行ったところ、時間もかかり謝罪もなくタオルだけ積んで帰られた。定期管理・オペレーションの見直しが必要かも

Pros:

It was clean.

Cons:

Just not worth the money!

We paid £900 for a bang average hotel - nothing wrong with it inherently but for the price it should be far, far more than “nothing wrong”

Find a cheaper alternative- this simply isn’t worth the cash.

Stylish boutique hotel with a great central location perfect for exploring Kyoto
Pros:

Loved the spacious well designed room with all the amenities. The lovely Onsen was a plus at the end of a long day sightseeing and shopping.

Cons:

Breakfast buffet could have had a bit more variety.

Overall a nice stay
Pros:

Really nice Japanese style hotel, newish and clean.

Cons:

We stayed for 3 nights; however on day 2 the water started to go on and off, left us standing in the shower with soap on for at least 30 mins. One time we weren’t able to flash the toilet
