Best experience I have ever had in this price range.
Pros:

Nice room, fully equipped kitchen and very good gym in the building. Parking with a dedicated parking place that was included in the price was a nice extra.

Cons:

Information about parking arrangement was difficult to find, but it was fully described in the booking confirmation letter. This info could be added to the description of the accommodation, to show the extra value.

Hea heliisolatsioon, pesumaja, jõusaal, ruumid töötegemiseks.

Cons:

Kohviautomaat: esiteks võiks automaadist saada kohvi ka nii, et paned toast võetud kruusi alla, teiseks võiks masin igal hommikul töökorras olla.
Asukoht: kui sa just loomaaia pärast sinna ei tulnud, siis suurim vaatamisväärsus on kõrval olev Maxima; kehv bussiühendus.
