Excellent value, nicely renovated.
Pros:

Nicely renovated, clean, comfortable bed. Welcome drink & happy hour. Excellent heat pump/AC. TV with streaming services. City view. Although it is not in central Osaka, it has many restaurant options nearby.

Cons:

Room was comfortable but on the small size.

A stay worthwhile. Definitely coming back.
Pros:

From location to facilities to staff to giving free present, everything was beyond impeccable. I mean there is nothing to dislike about the property other than no phone in their rooms, but then they sent a lady to my room in the morning for checkout. She came to inform me that it’s checkout time.

The view from the room was just picturesque, with the sun rising right at your window. The rooms are quite spacious. They have an AC in the room that has the provision to run on heating mode.

They don’t have any Almirah in the room, but then I didn’t feel like I don’t have Almirah. They have given a bar in the room with a lot of hangers on it. I didn’t feel the need of an Almirah.

The moment you check into the hotel, they give you a free gift, one per day for your stay ranging from shoe cleaners to handwarmers or coffee or tea premix, in addition to the TCM kit that they already have.
Additionally, there are Happy hours from 3 PM to 6 PM, where they provide free alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks and around 8 PM, some free food.
The best part is the location. It is right between two Metro stations. One is Suminoekoen, which is about a 100-150 m and the other metro station exits right into the hotel.

The front desk lady (Korean) and specifically the lady manager is very sweet, polite and helpful. I liked her behaviour and attitude so much that I at the time of checkout, presented her a chocolate that I had bought from Vietnam.

They even have a hair straightener for women in the room. I mean, wnho gives a hair straightener. I haven’t seen any giving hair straighteners.

Morning time, they keep a coffee machine so that you can have coffee for free.

Another the best thing is that there is a family mart, which is 24/7 about 100-150 m to the right of the hotel.
I guess there is no room service (not sure) but then again it’s not something to crib about.
You know what?

Cons:

Nothing really to dislike here but the only thing I would like to change is their check-in time. If they could reduce it to 1300, that would be great.
