A comfortable and convenient stay with great accessibility and genuinely kind, helpful staff.
Pros:

Comfort, clean and awesome..It’s close to my workplace and very easy to get around, near the highway and Setapak Central, with KLCC just about 10–15 minutes away. All the staff are friendly and very polite, including the security guards. There’s one lady in particular who’s especially kind and helped me a lot. I can’t remember her name, but she was genuinely really nice.

Cons:

Internet a bit slow and TV sometimes a bit problem.

Tekanan air kuat tetapi pemancut air mandi perlu diganti. Bilik bersih dan sangat luas.

Cons:

Kepala shower perlu ditukar segera. Pihak hotel perlu beri penjelasan yang jelas untuk tatacara guna kad letak kenderaan, perlu guna kad debit semasa masuk tetapi jangan guna apa juga kad semasa keluar sebab pelanggan hotel perlu guna kad pengawal keselamatan saja.

Pros:

I want to say thank you to the receptionist for guiding me to the hotel lobby as the hotel located at one of the lobby connected to sport complex. Beyond my expectation with this price around this location. Room is clean and big enough for 2persons with short trip. Will come back again in future.
