Nido Roma offers a clean, comfortable stay in the heart of Mexico City’s most desirable neighborhoods.
Pros:

The location of the property was absolutely perfect. You walk out of the lobby doors, and you’re in the heart of Roma Norte, surrounded by coffee shops, cafes, and restaurants.

Cons:

There were a few strands of hair on the tile walls of the shower, which is fine, nobody is perfect. Also, there were no screens on the windows, which my be perfectly normal in Mexico, but it was something I wasn’t used to. I would request a high floor if possible due to the potential for noise coming from the streets and neighborhood.

Pros:

This is the third time I stay here. Always great.

Cons:

They/you need to really sort out the door entry code mechanism. It took 40min to sort out, I had to go down and up the elevator 3 times, they gave me different codes, moving me to another room, this after a day full of flights.

Amazing location and comfortable amenities
Pros:

Amazing location and the facilities were comfortable. I was also very happy to have 24/hr security as a solo traveler. The team was very accommodating and checked in on how I was doing regularly.

Cons:

Currently no AC, but during my stay I was informed that they are currently installing AC units in the room! Otherwise, for safety purposes I think peepholes in the doors or an extra lock would add to the safety. There was nothing that I disliked!

Pros:

The room was exactly as described. The building has 24/7 security, which made me feel very safe. The location is excellent, with many beautiful restaurants, cafés, and attractions nearby.

Cons:

I stayed for almost a week, but only two towels for two guests and two rolls of toilet paper were provided for the entire stay. It wasn’t a major issue, but a few extra supplies would have been appreciated.

Pros:

Great neighborhood and location, accessible by walking to many attractions. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Quick response from admin to questions and queries.

Cons:

Amenities to reduce waste, like kitchen towels to wipe surfaces and dry dishes instead of just supplying paper towels. Also, it would be good if the Roma location had water filtering amenities like some other locations to reduce waste from plastic bottles that people need to buy for drinking.

The location in the heart of Roma Norte was really good. The apartment was very spacious, comfortable and fully equipped. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The rooftop view was fantastic.

Cons:

We really had a great time, but we had the expectation that the gym was available, as advertised, and it was closed for renovation the whole week.
We were also unlucky that in the last two days the only available elevator was broken and we had to take the stairs to the 6th floor. Well, that compensated the fact that the gym was closed. :)

Très sûr, spacieux, propre, tranquille, bien situé dans l'un des quartiers les plus agréables de Mexico, La Roma... J'y retournerai avec bonheur, avec un collègue ou ma conjointe, selon le type de voyage...

Cons:

Les oreillers, nombreux, étaient assez durs... Un mélange d'oreillers mous et durs serait apprécié (j'ai pris un coussin de salon avec une taie d'oreiller)... Internet fonctionnait bien, globalement, avec des moments plus difficiles... Mais je pinaille...
