Great value for the price, great location!
Pros:

The 24/7 security/door man. Quiet, nice set up and great to have a fridge and small kithcen with microwave.

Cons:

The room did not have AC but it was cool enough, we had to ask for a second fan to sleep with at night. Would be nice to have a wall AC unit in the rooms. When we first entered I immediately noticed a clump or hair and dust on the carpet - not a big deal but the carpets should definitely be vacuumed after each stay.

Nice pad in Roma
Pros:

Nice apartment in a very good location - had everything you could want for a stay in CDMX. Staff also helped sort out parking which was very nice of them!

Cons:

I guess a minor note is no air-conditioning but they provide a fan which did the trick during our stay

Pros:

Me sentí como en casa. El departamento estaba limpio, la cama extra grande y muy cómoda con una mesa para poder comer, desayunar o trabajar. La cocina muy completa y con todo lo necesario. En definitiva, tengo claro que repetiré. Incluso tenía una terraza muy cómoda para desayunar, cenar o tomar algo muy acogedora. Lástima que sólo puede estar dos noches. Me gustó el trato con el personal de conserjería, limpieza etc.., yo estuve muy tranquila aunque si que es verdad que se oye algo cuando llega alguien, pero muy respetuosos.. en fín, un 10. Grácias

Great apartment & location, front desk security , comfortable bed. Shower was good and big space.
Pros:

The apartment was very nice. We liked the big windows, but it would get hot. The management provided an extra fan.
The staff was very helpful and friendly.

I liked the 24 hour access. The location was great. The facility was nice and clean. 24 hour security was a comfort.

The rooms were tiny. The showerhead needed to be cleaned, water barely came out. The pictures on the Internet are definitely not representative of the space.

Great experience.
Pros:

The property was really nice and clean. The location is top - honestly it’s a great location to visit CSMX for the first time. Many great restaurants and bars are nearby and uber is really cheap so it’s easy to move around if you stay here.

Nothing really.

Estancia muy agradable
Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta. El tamaño de la habitación es muy bueno y la cama enorme y súper cómoda. La decoración está bien también. El personal es realmente encantador.

Cons:

Algunas cosas estaban ya mal conservadas como el sofá, que estaba pelado por abajo. Las ventanas son muy finas, y a ratos hace frío a pesar de haber ido en abril, supongo que al no tener aire acondicionado, cuando haga mucho calor será peor. Podría haber más utensilios en la cocina como tijeras, algún paño más y podían poner 2 toallas de manos en vez de una cuando se es 2 personas.

The location & the 247 security are great. The room was spacious and the bed very big & comfortable.
