Location, Big rooms and balcony, the sea

Cons:

In the Spa, after the massage, they asked us to pay, we asked them to bill the room.
They told us we have to pay directly to the Spa.
I took out my credit card, they said either I pay cash or they will charge an additional 25 percent card commission.

I thought the guy was joking but he became aggressive.

I am sorry for whoever the owner of the hotel is.

Such a wonderful location and so well built luxurious property, wide comfy rooms...However it doesn't deserve such a mismanagement.

Pity...

Pros:

В номере поломался кондиционер и потом сломался слив унитаза. Звонил на ресепшн. Работник приходил ремонтировать через 2 минуты после вызова. Такое ощущение что он уже сидит ждёт вызова. Отремонтировал все быстро. Даже в более дорогих отелях редко бывает такая оперативность

Отель очень хороший. Красиво, чисто, комфортно. Еда отличная: разнообразно и вкусно. Понравился пляж. Песок и волны. Если сильное волнение на отельном пляже, можно пойти на общественный пляж с другой стороны горы, там будет спокойно. Фотографии в букинге старые. На территории уже выросли деревья и очень зелено. Хотя территория маленькая. Номера больших размеров, отличная терраса.

Cons:

Странно устроен туалет и душевая. Можно закрыть дверь или душа, или туалета, дверь типа купе. И двигается шумно. Мало места для стоянки автомобиля. А без автомобиля добраться туда не просто. Территория маленькая, за территорией практически ничего нет.

Sehr angenehmer und erholsamer Urlaub und schön Sandatrand
Pros:

Direkt am Strand, mit eigenem Abschnitt und sehr schönem und weichem Sandstrand. Viele Getränke Bars, auch am Strand eines und jederzeit etwas zum Essen verfügbar. Das Essen hatte rundum voll und ganz unseren Geschmack getroffen und hat und sehr sehr gut geschmeckt. Ein großer Pool mit Rutschen und tagsüber viele Animationen. Es ist nicht aufdringlich wie in manchen Hotels, es war sehr angenehm.

Cons:

Das Personal ist teilweise etwas unfreundlich. Sie tuen nur die Arbeit aber mehr auch nicht.
Uns hat es nicht gestört, aber möchte es für diejenigen erwähnen, die Wert darauf legen: es ist weit und breit außer diesem Hotel gar nichts, auch keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und auch nichts zum spazieren für Abends. Aber sehr viele Sehenswürdigkeiten die auch über das Hotel organisiert werden können.

Pros:

The pool and the slides, and of course, the food. They changed the menus everyday and the food was delicious, the cooks were fantastic. Special mention as well to safeguards, really nice people.

Cons:

The hammock and umbrellas were occupied since 8AM. It is annoying that all places where taken by that our, hotel management should do something about it.
