Nice and well located hotel but overpriced
Pros:

The location is fantastic, the free breakfast was great

Cons:

For the price of this room I was expecting more. The cleaning for 4 days was really minimal, surfaces and floors never cleaned once. Walls were paper thin, AC very very noisy, strong with strong light

Ein sehr sympathisches kleines Hotel
Pros:

Das Frühstück war einfach aber sehr gut und frisch zubereitet. Und es gibt guten Cappuccino
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Das WLAN ist zum arbeiten nicht tauglich. Zu instabil und zu langsam.
Die Zufahrt ist etwas eng, die Grab Taxis sind bei ein wenig Verkehr manchmal minutenlang steckengeblieben.

La posizione comoda per raggiungere punti per me interessanti; avevo sempre dormito a Sukhumvit e ho trovato bello cambiare zona e stare nell’old city.

La mia stanza era ampia come da mia scelta, il letto molto comodo.

Cons:

Non avevo capito la struttura non avesse la reception sempre attiva e frontale, ma il personale ben compensava stando sempre a disposizione in una stanzetta adiacente: il personale era Comunque molto gentile e piacevole.

Consiglio vivamente di introdurre in modo stabile un’opzione vegetariana e un’opzione vegana nel menu da cui scegliere la colazione a la carta.

Insgesamt für ein paar Nächte ok. Etwas zu teuer für den Standard
Pros:

Lage für ein paar Nächte in Ordnung. Aber von den bekannteren Sehenswürdigkeiten dann eher zu weit entfernt. Kann man aber empfehlen, wenn man schon viel von Bangkok kennt und nun eher unbekannte Seiten und authentisches Leben erfahren will. Um die Ecke Marktstraße und Super Streetfood. Fussläufig zum interessanten Hindu Tempel und mehreren Skybars.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Das Hotel liegt ruhig in einer kleinen Gasse, man kann daher gut schlafen (wenn die anderen Hotelgäste nicht gerade Krach machen).

Die Zimmer sind ok. Die Betten bequem. Das Bad ist modern ausgestattet. Die Klimaanlage war sehr effektiv und hat schnell runtergekühlt. Sie schien relativ neu zu sein.

Cons:

Zimmer doch sehr einfach, Möbel teils schon etwas ramponiert (z.B. die Nachttische). Wenig Ablageflächen, insbesondere für viel Gepäck. In meinem Badezimmer gab es kleine Ameisen, die vermutlich durch den Abfluss hoch gekrabbelt kamen. Im Badezimmer eines zweiten gebuchten Zimmers roch es etwas nach Abfluss. In einem der zwei Zimmer fehlte beim Bett das Kopfteil - auch etwas störend und für den Preis doch ungewöhnlich. Der Fußboden im Schlafzimmer war definitiv nicht gewischt. Ich hatte Abends etwas verschüttet und es mit einem Papiertuch dann weg gewischt. Das Tuch war sehr schmutzig, was darauf schließen lässt, dass lange nicht gewischt worden war.

Chambre spacieuse et confortable. Le petit dej est super même s’il manque des fruits. Le personnel très gentil et répond à toutes nos demandes.

Cons:

RAS hormis que c’est un peu difficile d’accès pour les GRAB mais rien de grave, juste anticiper.

Don’t judge a hotel by its lobby

Stunning. They’ve spent their money on things that really matter. The most comfortable bed I’ve stayed in in Asia, beautiful rooms, great bathrooms. I would 100% stay here again.

Sweet and small hotel in the middle of a busy neighborhood
Pros:

Very clean, new and stylish. The restaurant on the ground floor is a treat, especially when you get the free breakfast package from booking. As others said, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Even though this whole area is dominated by large buildings, the hotel is in a quiet few blocks where no buildings are taller than five or six stories.

I enjoyed my stay. I would be happy to stay here again.
Pros:

First, there was a large, covered, off-street entrance. The people at reception were very welcoming and accommodating. The room was spacious, bright, and clean. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom had quality towels. The rooftop has a lovely Zen garden. They serve a hearty, made to order breakfast. There is a luggage scale in the storage room that is very helpful too.
