Pros:

Sauberkeit, nettes Personal, leckeres Frühstück mit toller Kaffeemaschine. Busanbindung direkt vor der Tür. Metro und Station Asakusa super- Expresszug aus Narita hält dort. Lawsons ist direkt gegenüber. Skytree hat uns jeden Morgen geweckt. In ca 15 Min ist man zu Fuß dort. Tempelanlage, Restaurants etc sind fußläufig in 10 min erreichbar.

Pros:

The hotel was very convenient, good location, clean, staff was helpful. It had a nice common area.

Cons:

I can confirm other people’s reviews about the hissing sound in the room which was disrupting so earplugs were necessary for me.

Good location, great staff, great overall value!
Pros:

I found the location to be of incredible value when using the subway + bus combo as there was a stop in front of the hotel. There's a Lawson 2 mins away and a 7-11, 5mins away & both are open 24hrs. Further away (10/15mins walk), you'll find a lot more food options and restaurants.
While the hotel room was small, I loved how very comfortable the twin bed was. The staff were very pleasant and kind and all the necessary amenities were provided (slippers, toothbrush, bath sponge etc.).
On the 3rd floor, there are 2 coin operated washing machines, a microwave, an ice machine, a water dispenser and a vending machine - very useful appliances. If you stay longer than 2 nights, you get room cleaning service but each room gets fresh towels and other amenities (as required) daily.
They do offer a welcome drink in the lobby but I was too tired to join them so can't comment on that.

Cons:

I know a lot of people (re:reviews) weren't happy with the noise from the vents but it didn’t disturb me. So, if you are a deep sleeper, don't worry about this if this hotel checks every other box for you.

Good for money and location
Pros:

Great location, not too far from stations. The staff were really nice and helpful.

Cons:

The toilet basin sink could be improved a little, with the light touch it started creaking.

Worth it for the price
Pros:

The hotel was in front of a bus stop so it was easy to commute using the bus. It has a laundry area (for a fee), vending machine, microwave to heat up food, and water station at the 3f. There was also free drinks (coffee, matcha, tea) at the 2f. Staff were nice and accommodating. We liked the beds and sheets. Room was clean and functional. It was very affordable and good value for what we paid for.

Cons:

Room was too tiny even for the 3 bedroom one. If you want some space, this is not the hotel for you. They also clean every 2 days only, but they can change towels everyday.
