ידעו שבוצע חיוב כפול בטעות ולא עזרו לנו להימנע מהחיוב הכפול ושלחו אותנו להתנהל מול בוקינג. לא היתה זמינות. היינו צריכים לישון על מזרון ברצפה כי זה היה בחדר שקיבלנו

Přátelský designový hotel s milým personálem.
Pros:

Snídaně byla velmi dobrá, chybělo jen mléko k cereáliím a do kávy. Hodně příjemná byla i nabídka ovoce a džusu v lednici a nabídka čisté pitné vody po celou dobu pobytu. Pokoj byl hezky zařízený. Vynikající byla i možnost ponechání zavazadel v hotelu i po checkoutu. Celkově je hotel velmi přátelský a příjemný.

Cons:

Bezprostřední okolí je trochu zanedbané, ale to není chyba hotelu.

Super Hotel, zentrale Lage!
Es hat alles bestens geklappt! Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und die Zimmer sind sehr schön und stilvoll eingerichtet!! Die Betten sind super bequem☺️

Localização , limpeza, decor, zona comum

Cons:

Poderiam ter uma pessoa mais permanente na recepção só para facilitar a comunicação. A maioria da comunicação é feita via WhatsApp e nunca correu mal mas, considerando o preço pago, achamos que deveria ter alguém mais permanente para facilitar e haver mais contacto humano.

Great value for money in a great part of Bangkok
Pros:

Great location, comfortable and excellent communication from staff.

Cons:

This wasn’t a problem for us but when you book it’s not too clear on the bedroom layout. We had a loft bed and had to climb a ladder to the bed which might not be suitable for everyone.

Great place to stay
Pros:

The family room was lovely with everything we could need. We arrived late evening the first day and checked out early on the morning we were leaving and staff had great communication and were so accommodating. They even left us a breakfast pack in our fridge for our early check out. The accommodation was quiet and free fruit and soft drinks were a brilliant touch. We loved our stay here.

AMAZING
Pros:

Decoration was great, also super comfortable beds, the room was great, cleaning was on point, the hospitality was also perfect and very easy and convenient check in. Bathroom really spacious and great showers. Loved everything and would come back!

Cons:

The only thing that might be a problem for some people is the noise. We stayed at the bottom rooms with direct access to the street, and during the day or morning you can hear some movement and people speaking. To be honest it didn’t bother us at all, and thru the night we slept super well.
Besides this nothing to point. I recommend and would come back!
