Congratulations to the owner !
Pros:

It was an amazing experience, very well thought through nothing was missing!! All brand new and good quality appliances. Location fantastic with convince stores and metro stations less than 1 block away great for first time visitors :)

Cons:

I wished I stayed longer, hehehe

Logement très bien pour un séjour familiale.
Pros:

L’emplacement était idéal, à côté du métro, moins de 5 minutes à pied. Il y a plein de petits restaurants à côté, deux family Mart, et une jolies rivière à côté ! Et la literie est très confortable !

Cons:

Rien à redire, l’appartement était agréable et assez grand pour se sentir bien pour une famille de 4 personnes.

A functional apartment in a great part of the city.
Pros:

Smooth check in. Didn't feel like a hotel, really it was an apartment. It had a storage cupboard, separate toilet, bathroom with washing machine, and then one large room which had a kitchen, dining table and then 2 double beds at the end. We also used the sofa bed. We especially liked the fact that we could dry our clothes in the sealed bathroom, as it had a drying function. The location was good, near to a convenience store and metro station. We also highly recommend the coffee shop Passage Coffee which was very close. The cafe on the corner served a decent breakfast too.

Cons:

Nothing really. It was cosy for 4 of us with all of our luggage but suitable for our needs.

Excellent option to stay in Tokyo
Pros:

Excellent location near 7 eleven, Family Mart, train stations and restaurants. Very quiet environment. The room was clean and comfortable

Very big and comfortable appartment. But it is not a hotel! Its more like am Airbnb on Booking ( Apartment ) .

Instructions for check in were very clear and helpful.

Can recommend if you need 2 double sized beds and lots of space

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Tokyo and would highly recommend it. The location was excellent—just about an 8-minute walk to Ichigaya Station, which made getting around the city very convenient. Having a 7-Eleven nearby was also a huge plus for quick snacks, drinks, and essentials at any time of day.

The apartment itself was very well-suited for our family of four. It felt spacious by Tokyo standards and was comfortable for everyone. One standout feature was the washer, which was incredibly useful during our stay and made traveling much easier.

Additionally, the apartment was perfectly set up for a smooth airport transfer, with easy access for van drop-off and pickup. Overall, it was a practical, comfortable, and well-located place to stay, and we would definitely choose it again.

Cons:

The stairs are a bit hard with suitcases

Pros:

住宿地點離地鐵站不遠，算方便的。

Cons:

在訂房時沒有註明是沒有電梯的，住的房間在3層（b1->3F)，所以總共走了4層，樓梯很窄，有大行李箱很不好走，住宿中間遇到下雨，整個樓梯都積水了，很怕滑倒！3人的房間很小，一張標準雙人床還有一張單人床墊放在地上，導致3人的行李箱很難放置！住宿經驗不佳！

Отличные апартаменты, все что необходимо имеется в номере: чайник, сииральная машина, плита, холодильник. Отличное месторасположение рядом с метро. Тихий район, можно выспаться.

Cons:

Жили на первом этаже, иногда ночью прлезжали машины и было достаточно хорошо слышно.
Был только один комплект полотенец для двоих. Скорее всего потому что с ребенком.
