Pros:

L'emplacement proche des transports en commun, l'équipement du studio, chauffage très performant.

Cons:

Pas d'ascenseur, c'est une vraie galère si on a des bagages un peu volumineux. Peut être qu'un monte charge pourrait suffir. Chambre petite pour 3 personnes, préférer les chambres avec deux lits à partir de 3. Les lits sont petits et inconfortables.

Pros:

位置很好，周围挨着大学，很适合感受当地的生活氛围，同时离热闹的街区也很近，旁边就是神乐坂，散步走过去很惬意。屋内设施也应有尽有，干净，恰到好处的大小，浴室的烘干功能很赞。

非要说不足的话就是公寓没有电梯，但这一点也还好

Thank you for the staying. The location was in a quiet neighbourhoud and close to the metro station.
The appartment was super clean and cozy. The only thing we missed was a butterknife for spalming butter on our bread.

Excellent, quiet, very clean and well‑equipped apartment situated in Central Tokyo.
Pros:

Situated in a very quiet neighborhood, the apartment is exceptionally well kept and clean. You can tell that the owner does really look after the place. It was spacious enough for our travelling family of 3.

The apartment has everything you need including a small kitchenette (no dishwasher) and a washing machine. To dry your clothes, you need to hang them in the shower, and set the shower room to heating air dry mode, which works extremely well. We dried our laundry overnight, or when we were out sightseeing.

As like everywhere else in Tokyo, there are plenty of convenience stores around the accommodation.

In terms of location, Ichigaya is considered central Tokyo, so a major advantage of this area is that you can get to all major districts within 25 mins:

(West) Shinjuku Station = ~5 mins
(South) Shibuya Station = ~20 mins
(South) Tokyo Station = ~15 mins
(East) Asukusa Station = ~25 mins
(North) Ikebukuro Station = ~6 mins

It does take 5 mins to walk to the Metro entrance (stairs only), and 10 mins to the JR Station entrance (with elevator). Take note of stairs/elevator if you have luggage.

Overall, we were very happy with this stay.

Cons:

Although this was not a problem for us, but it may be troublesome for people with physical limitations; the double beds were placed side by side right up next to each other. There is zero room to get on/off on the sides of the bed. You need to "shuffle" down the bed to get off.

There is not a lot of things to do in the area, so you will need to travel to get to anything interesting. Luckily, transport in Tokyo is extremely good, so you will have no problem getting around.

We really enjoyed our stay there. It’s close to the train station with Family Mart, 7 Eleven nearby, and some restaurant
