Pros:

All the Staff members are really friendly, helpful and nice. Specially Yunish helped me really well. He gone out of the way to get the things sorted which is very professional and customer focused.

Pros:

Rooms were not clean especially the bathrooms.

Cons:

the Hygiene level. Also my floor there was alot of smell of weed. Guests were spoking inside their rooms especially week, it stank. I did report it but not sure if any action was taken.

Very relaxing stay, staff are super helpful and will return at a later date when the pool is opened
Pros:

Undergoing a refurbishment at the moment
Looks very well presented very clean
Bed is super comfortable and the views are great from the room

Cons:

A few things missing from room like a fridge or bedside lamp, these might be added in at a later date
Pool isn't open yet as it's not been refurbished yet, just a few areas needing a bit more attention to detail

This hotel has lots of potential but they have spent money on the wrong things.
Pros:

Hotel decor looked modern and bed was comfy. Staff polite

Cons:

No Wi-Fi (despite advertising) very dusty, shower leaked and almost flooded bathroom. The ‘modern decor’ was not good quality and this was a shame.
