Great hotel with exceptional care and facilities
Pros:

The hotel is so well thought after the guests, very pleasant inside, the rooms are comfortable and has everything needed.
We had exceptional care as we were celebrating very important family milestones, and received so much of great attention as little gestures, decorations and really pleasant congratulation from the team.
The food was very tasty, the room is very clean.

Cons:

We were unlucky with the sea, as it was windy and was impossible to swim, therefore the swimming pool was so packed, many people in adult pool were in the water with alcohol, so we had to really navigate through and was not really pleasant. The other pools had a lot of children splashing and pushing, so we couldn’t go there either in safety reasons.
Also the water was a bit too warm, combined with the heat outside we couldn’t stay more then 1 hour and finished our beach day in different place.

Cons:

Der Service beim Check in war eine Katastrophe. Habe vorher E-Mail Kontakt gehabt das wir 2 Tage früher kommen und nach dem Preis gefragt da wurde mir gesagt 50% auf die Übernachtung. Als wir ankamen wusste keiner Bescheid das wir früher kommen und der Preis für die 2 Nächte war Dan 100% teurer danke nie wieder
