Cons:

Der Service beim Check in war eine Katastrophe. Habe vorher E-Mail Kontakt gehabt das wir 2 Tage früher kommen und nach dem Preis gefragt da wurde mir gesagt 50% auf die Übernachtung. Als wir ankamen wusste keiner Bescheid das wir früher kommen und der Preis für die 2 Nächte war Dan 100% teurer danke nie wieder

Location is amazing, great kids club, great restaurants nearby, buffet was tasty. There are multiple pools plus the beach so there is always some space somewhere

Cons:

Noticed my mattress was already a bit used down (maybe someone heavy was sleeping in it before me but the mattress had like this dent where you sink in).
