Pros:

All thr personal were perfect- very frrindly, very understanding and very helpfull. Especially Shyama in the reception , Ritu in the restaurant were more than perfect. Food was good, the location was perfect, clean and correct. And the service including the Tour Agents Samuel and Victory were perfect.

Отель новый. Персонал отличный. Рядом с метро. Район Дейра, но культурная часть Дейры, район отеля отличный. Завтрак хороший. Что попросите все предоставляют, от утюга до полотенца который можно забрать на пляж. Цена и качество соответствует. Посоветовал бы другим людям - однозначно ДА.

Cons:

Мини бар дорогой. В отеле немножко прохладно. У нас был номер без балкона и высушить одежду было сложно. Одна футболка в номере просыхала сутки.

Я хочу выразить благодарность персоналу, менеджменту отеля в критической ситуации всё было сделанно максимально для клиентов. Мы провели не самые простые дни в Дубае, но благодаря действиям работников отеля особенно Ахмед на рецепшене ситуация становилась спокойней. Спасибо Вам от всей нашей семьй!

Pidempi loma mitä piti olla.
Pros:

Usman piti meistä hyvää huolta koko loman ajan. Ja myös koko muu henkilökunta. Aamupala oli runsas. Kaikki hotellissa olevat ruoat mitä syötiin olivat todella hyviä.
Sijainti lähellä metroa.
