Im Großen und Ganzen nicht empfehlenswert!

Nur die Zentrale Lage!

Cons:

Wir wurden gar nicht so richtig gut empfangen. Dann haben wir ein Zimmer bekommen, was eher Renovierungsbedürftig war, Nachtlampe hin runter, da es abgerissen war. Die Türklinke war lose und der Griff hin einfach ungefestigt, sodass wir den Türgriff in der Hand hatten!

Buen sitio para alojarte en estambul, pero con contrastes.

El hotel no está mal ubicado, zona con mucho ambiente, el personal es excelente!

Lage ist sehr zentral. Mitarbeiter sind freundlich, bei Nennung der Mängel überhaupt nicht kooperativ. Wir sind nach einer Nacht ausgecheckt, da es überhaupt nicht möglich war dort zu bleiben. An der „Rezeption“ wurde dann noch auf booking verwiesen und es kam keine Einsicht eine Teilerstattung zu veranlassen. Sie baten an, dass Zimmer am nächsten Tag zu reinigen mit einer einer bloßen Reinigung ist es in diesem
Hotel jedoch nicht erledigt!

Cons:

Es ist mit Abstand das schlechteste Hotel in dem ich jemals übernachtet habe! Von Dreck, über kaputtene Einrichtung ist alles dabei! Es ist sehr laut (dafür sehr zentral).

Nezadovoljavajuće.
Pros:

Najviše mi se svidio pod jedinice izveden u skromnom terazzo-u, ali je ostavljao dojam čistoće i jednostavnosti.

Cons:

Lokacija je odlična obzirom na poziciju u gradu, ali je sama uličica uska i mračna. Nema pogleda. Nalazi se nasuprot klubu iz kojeg dolazi buka. Prozori ne štite od buke. Pregradni zidovi među susjednim jedinicama gotovo da i nemaju zvučnu izolaciju pa se čuje kad netko u susjednoj sobi kašlje, govori itd, kao da je s vama u sobi. Vrata jedinice su odignuta od poda toliko da svjetlost s hodnika prodire u sobu.
Oprema je dotrajala i loše izvedena. U ormaru su samo 3 vješalice. Na visećim lampama uz krevet su pukle sajle pa lampe vise na čudan način. Mala svjetla za čitanje se ne daju usmjeriti. Kvaka na vratima kupaonice ispada. Pipa na umivaoniku je postavljena na krivi način pa se voda izlijeva na ploču umivaonika kod umivanja. Na zidu tuša je bila žuta fleka (od šampona?) cijelo vrijeme našeg boravka, nije oprana. Kontejneri za šampon u tušu su postavljeni tako da lako ispadnu kod korištenja, pa mi je jedan povrijedio nogu. Kod tuširanja, voda šprica na pod. Ručnici su dotrajali i s mucicama. Po kupaonici i u krevetu smo našli dlake kose (vjerojatno od spremačice). Doručak je bio takav da smo ga pojeli prvi dan i više ne.
Zadnji dan našeg boravka od ranog jutra pa gotovo do ponoći nije bilo tekuće vode radi puknuća instalacije. Razumijem da sam hotel nije kriv radi toga, ali je to učinilo naš boravak još neugodnijim. Na naš zahtjev, osoblje nam je donijelo kantu s vodom za polijevanje zahoda.
Posebice zamjeram to što smo u startu birali drugi hotel, a Booking-ov algoritam nas je usmjerio na ovaj s preporukom da je "bolje ocijenjen a cjenovno povoljniji".
