Впечатления от отеля исключительно негативные
Pros:

Хорошее расположение в центре города. Напротив отеля находится ночной клуб с отличным диджеем, поэтому всю ночь вам в окно будет долбить хорошая музыка.

Cons:

Заселили в грязный номер, на стене были разводы грязи, а на потолке дыра. Попросил заменить номер.

Номер заменили, но намного лучше не стало. В новом номере тоже было грязно, отломанные светильники над кроватью, шкаф разваливается, в ванной на раковине ржавчика и грязные разводы, душ течет, мебель вся покосившаяся и держится на последнем издыхании. Горничные хамят.

НА ДВА ДНЯ отключили горячую воду, и не было возможности нормально сходить в душ.

Goed gelegen, maar helaas was het niet hygiënisch.

De hygiene was echt om te huilen. Zo vond ik toen ik aankwam in mijn verblijf een gebruikte vrouwen onderbroek. Ik kreeg een nieuw kamer aangeboden, maar deze was qua hygiëne niet veel beter… En soms moet je met koud water douchen… Ook was het matras oud en niet comfortabel.

Месторасположение отеля прекрасное в самом центре, но есть нюанс - из окон шумно. Лифт есть, но на двоих человек.

Cons:

Полы в номере были бетонные, что не очень уютно. На ресепшене отказали воды налить из кулера, сказали, что только во время завтрака можно воды попить. И еще очень был интересный момент. Забронировала отель, вбив реквизиты российской карты, но в день заезда пришло сообщение, что карта недействительная. введите новую или бронь отменится. Попробовала ввести юнион пей - тоже не прошла, неимоверными усилиями нашла карту казахскую через знакомых знакомых и только она прошла. Иначе бы мы остались без жилья. Тогда сразу бы не принимали российскую. Очень это был неприятный момент.

Pros:

Спасибо большое персоналу отеля! Останавливалась буквально на одну ночь, заселили на несколько часов раньше, расположение настолько удобное, что отель буквально в полминуты от Истикляль и в 10 от Галата порта. Çok teşekkür ederim!

Не приятно стало от того , что вначале нам дали номер «Делюкс» , вместо того , которого мы забронировали изначально «Улучшенный двухместный»
На ресепшене у девушки спросили она сказала , что это и есть наш номер , но номер , который нам дали он явно отличался квадратурой и дизайном внутри , от того , который мы забронировали , позже мы обратно обратились к ресепшену, но уже к парню и он дал нам ключи от другого номера , который соответствовал, тому что мы забронировали
Номер который мы забронировали и на который нам поменяли был лучше во много раз

La porte des toilettes était cassées.
Le sol était très sale, il était collant tout comme le mobilier
Pas de clim
Nous avions réservé pour 7 jours mais nous sommes partis dès le premier jour. Il devait faire dans les 40 degrés dans la chambre et impossible de dormir !
L'odeur était nauséabonde.
Ne vous fiez pas aux notes!
Pour nous c'est un 0/10 !
Booking devrait vérifier un peu plus les hôtels qu'il propose !

Het heeft gewoon een goede locatie.

Cons:

De ruimte was klein. Ik had een kamer van 20 vierkante meter geboekt, maar er was geen kamer van 13 vierkante meter beschikbaar. Er was slechts plaats voor één persoon met bagage in de lift.
