Categories

Cleanliness
1
Multiple reviews note the hotel is clean, newly renovated and well kept (clean bathrooms, tidy rooms); overall cleanliness is a clear positive.
Service
1
Staff are repeatedly described as friendly, helpful and accommodating (assisting with parcels, quick room service requests), but a serious security/room-service incident (staff entered and left a room open) lowers trust and makes service mixed overall.
Location
1
Consistently praised as excellent — immediate proximity to train/subway, walking distance to Dotonbori and shopping; location is one of the strongest positives.
Room Quality
1
Many guests report spacious rooms, large/clean bathtubs and separated wet/dry bathrooms; generally comfortable and suitable for short stays.
Amenities
1
Some useful amenities (free lockers for late checkout, Type-C chargers, easy self check-in) but notable gaps like no washing machine and limited vending/ breakfast options reduce the score slightly.
Value for Money
1
Several reviewers explicitly call it good value (high CP value) given location and room quality; overall perceived as economical for the area.
Food and Beverage
1
Strong, repeated complaints about the provided breakfast (described as frozen/industrial, reheated, poor quality and lacking hot drinks) make food service a clear weakness.
Overall Experience
1
Overall impressions are mixed: many positives (location, clean & comfortable rooms, helpful staff), but the very poor breakfast and at least one serious safety/security incident (room entered and left open) significantly damage the overall guest experience.

Pros:

Cons:

Good stay which can be better with a good breakfast spread.
Pros:

Facilities are good and well maintained.
Vacuum packing facility was very useful and new for us.
Enough sparce for luggage storage in ground floor.
Check-in and check-out was smooth.
Staff responsive to support.

Cons:

Breakfast was provided. But the offerings needs improvement.
Henn na Hotel Ginza system may be adopted for breakfast and other food offerings.

Pros:

Cons:
