We arrived very early, as we landed at 5 am. Allowed us to use the pool while our rooms were prepared. Lovely huge rooms.

It's location was good

Cons:

The staff behaviour was too rude, Mr. Avinash was front desk manager, the hotel or booking.com cheat us. As we booked cancellable room, but hotel said that they can not refund for early check out. I contacted booking.com but they said hotel have final authority. The hotel first commit to refund but then they refuse afterwards.
