Pros:

I had a wonderful time at Savoy Central. The staff were great and very welcoming, especially the front reception. Very helpful. I liked the hotel so much I did return and I was there during the US/Iran missile crisis/war. And I had a total of 10 flights cancelled and had to stay on in Dubai and cover my own hotel costs, no help from my airline. The Savoy Central management were amazing, they did not raise their prices, they did not take advantage of the situation. I am a budget traveller. Indeed they reduced their rates and gave me a breakfast deal for free. The Savoy management team showed me, compassion and generosity in a very difficult time. They helped reduce my stress, made me feel protected and safe. I will never forget their kindness. And I know, I was not the only guest that they helped, many stranded travellers, families were helped in this way. I did eventually get a return flight to the UK. Thank you Savoy Central for the support and care. I had a wonderful stay and will return to your hotel, next time I visit Dubai. Thank you so much

Pokoj byl zařízen velmi promyšleně, se spoustou praktických detailů, ocenila jsem snadnou možnost vyprání a vyžehlení oblečení, dostatek balené vody, pohodlné postele, možnost tlumeného osvětlení, průsvitné záclony, dostatek vodorovných ploch na odložení věcí.
Lokalita pro mě velmi příjemná, živá, se spoustou restaurací, obchůdků, blízko je supermarket, takže člověk může jíst i velmi levně.
Bazén a posilovna sice menší, ale příjemné.

Cons:

Pár drobností: Výhled z okna není zrovna pěkný. Vybavení je trochu starší, znát je to hlavně v koupelně. Chyběla mi možnost otevřít si okno. Bylo by dobré, kdyby hosté byli informováni při příjezdu o tom, že úklid probíhá denně a v jakém přibližně čase, případně jak je možné ho odmítnout.

Pros:

The hotel is located in a residential area. Everything is within easy reach: shops, restaurants, metro. The hotel staff is absolutely fantastic. I have never experienced such a level of support and cooperation combined with courtesy.
