Beautiful beach friendly helpful staff
Pros:

Beautiful Beach area
Good restaurant served a lovely breakfast.
All meals we excellent
To the manager & staff thank you for a very enjoyable stay 😊

Cons:

We booked a double garden view !!!! not as advertised 🥲
Dark room with a little window the terrace was inside an internal corridor.
Luckily the manager changed us to a Seaview bungalow with a balcony
at a little extra cost.

Urlaub im Paradies
Pros:

Dies war nun schon unser zweiter Aufenthalt in dieser Anlage. Nun unter neuer Leitung.
Alle Bungalows haben nun eine Klimaanlage und die Anlage wirkt nun etwas aufgeräumter.
Geblieben ist die perfekte Lage am Strand, das gute Restaurant, der freundliche Service und die entspannte Atmosphäre in der nahegelegenen Reggaebar. Super, dass es auch eine Thailändische Frühstücksvariante gibt und täglich die Möglichkeit die Wasserflaschen nachzufüllen.

Cons:

Kühlschrank im Bungalow wär noch klasse.
Leider gab es zu viele Gäste, die schon morgens "Ihre" Liege mit Handtuch reserviert haben.

Pros:

Låg vid en underbar strand. Fanns solstolar till alla. Restaurangen serverade bra mat. Den bästa chicken cashew på hela vår långa resa. Personalen var mysiga och kökspersonal stod för skönsång då de arbetade. Skön massage på stranden. Fanns två andra resorter bredvid vi också var och besökte.

Cons:

Saknade kylskåp på rummet. Väldigt litet utrymme att duscha i.

Es waren die schönsten und erholsamsten Tage unseres Thailand Urlaubs.
Pros:

Traumhafte Lage am schönsten Strand der Insel, sehr ruhig, aussergewöhnlich freundlicher Service, vor allem Pong der Manager war super hilfsbereit und immer nett. Alle 11 Bungalows sind komplett neu renoviert und sehr sauber. Die Klimaanlage ist leise und funktioniert einwandfrei. Das Frühstück ist lecker, das Restaurant ist ebenfalls zu empfehlen, es gibt in der Nachbarschaft auch noch andere Möglichkeiten Essen zu gehen.

Cons:

Es waren etwas zu wenig Sonnenliegen da und einige Sonnenschirme wären gut, da der Baumschatten begrenzt ist,

Pros:

The peacefulness of the resort, best beach in Koh Jum. Wonderful to shut down from the busy world and totally relax. The 6 beachfront villas are the best

Cons:

The only thing would be a drinks cooler and a kettle would be a welcome addition to the villa.

Traum Hotel-Traum Strand-Traumurlaub
Pros:

Ein traumhaftes Hotel in traumhafter Lage. Schon die Ankunft mit einem kalten Tuch und frischem Organgensaft hat sofort für tolles Urlaubsfeeling gesorgt.
Die Bungalows entsprechen genau den Fotos, das Bett war sehr bequem und die gesamte Anlage war extrem schön gepflegt. Die neue Klimaanlage hat sehr gut und leise gearbeitet!
Das Badezimmer ist zwar ungewöhnlich, funktioniert aber super, einzig ein Abzieher für den Boden würde zu einer schnelleren Trocknung führen.
Die Aussicht vom Balkon zu den Phi Phi Inseln war traumhaft, auch der Strand wurde wunderbar gepflegt und es gab genug Strandliegen im Naturschatten.
Das Restaurant war sehr gut und das das Frühstück a la Carte war, hat uns sehr gut gefallen (vor allem der tolle Tee). Toll war auch, dass das Wasser in Flaschen ständig nachgefüllt werden konnte. Die Massage am Strand war ein täglicher Traum. Im Resort konnte man auch Schnorchel/Taucherbrille, SUP und Roller ausborgen.
Für uns in keinster weise störend (es wird in der Beschreibung darauf hingewiesen), es ist der Zugang zum Resort und zu jedem Bungalow über Stufen, somit ist das Hotel nicht barrierefrei (war kein Problem, sollte man bei eingeschränkter Mobilität aber berücksichtigen).
Fußläufig am Strand aber auch ins Inselinnere sind sehr viele Bars und Restaurants erreichbar.
Wir haben die äußerst freundlichen Mitarbeiter, die extrem schön gepflegte Anlage, den herrlichen Strand (sogar bei Ebbe kann man gut baden) und die Ruhe extrem genossen!

Pros:

Wauw wat een mooie plek. En wat een lief personeel. Pongh deed alles om het naar je zin te maken. Ook zijn collega (weet even haar naam niet).

Určite sa sem ešte chcem vrátiť.
Pros:

Fantastické miesto. Vyzeralo to tam ako z časopisu či už sme sa pozerali z ubytovania na more alebo naopak. Milší a ústretovejší personál som ešte nezažil. Bolo o nás skvelo postarané. Všade bolo čisto, úžasná kuchyňa, prenájom skútrov. Fantázia!
