Comfortable with Amazing staff ,would definitely stay there again.
Pros:

Beach front …with delicious food and beverage service
Walking distance to all of south Tulum

Cons:

We stayed in the double room near the front of the property so was some street /entertainment noise as in any resort area .
The cabinas on the beach were probably a lot quieter though .

Beautiful stay. Location was perfect. The staff was incredibly helpful, accommodating and kind.
Pros:

The location was great. Parking was easy. Beautiful grounds. The unit we stayed in was two bedrooms and was very clean.

Cons:

The restaurant and bar was closed, but Dos Ceibos hotel was next door. They don’t have a food/bev minimum and let you use their lounge chairs. Sacred Hideaways has lounge chairs, just no restaurant service. We couldn’t get our mini split heat to work, so we were kind of cold at night, but the hotel brought us more blankets.

Pros:

Hotel położony na południu wybrzeża w Tulum. Spokojna okolica. Plaża szeroka.
Pokój przestronny, łóżka wygodne.
Klimatyzacja i wiatrak sufitowy w każdym pokoju.

Cons:

Łazienka była niedokładnie posprzątana po wcześniejszych gościach.
Aranżacja przestrzeni wokół hotelu ( nie licząc wspaniałej bujnej roślinności) bez ładu i efektu łał.
Za tą cenę spodziewałam się czegoś więcej.
